This is my 3 job I have had Modern do in my house, Ray Sr and the crew he has are excellent at what they do professional and respectful, they installed a new boiler for my house and were reasonably priced and I will not use anyone else.

Absolutely outstanding service. Great customer service over the phone, technicians are extremely professional and do great work. Janine, Ben, and Ray are the best around. Highly recommend!

It took two days for us to get an appointment although we didn't have a major immediate emergency. The plumber who came out was very professional and quick he fixed our leak with minimal mess. Thank you!

So My Gas Hot water Heater Died!
Called Modern Plumbing and Heating Co. and was set up next day with appointment.
Ray was communicative and responsive!
He arrived Friday 5/7/2021 at 2pm and by 4:30 was Done!
Old water heater was drained removed New one was installed checked for safety and cleaned!
Was explained everything!
I even got a warranty!

Very Impressed by speed professionalism and cleanliness!

Outstanding and friendly service! We had an oil boiler converted to gas a few years ago and didn’t realize how hard it would be to find someone knowledgeable and competent to work on it. Our tenant was without heat overnight and we needed to find someone fast. Most plumbers did not answer the phone or return our calls. We finally scheduled an appointment with UGI, who came out the next day, only to tell us they couldn’t work on the unit. Sigh! We started frantically calling around again, on a Friday afternoon and we finally came across Modern Plumbing & Heating. They answered the phone and came out within two hours! Ray was fantastic! Turned out that all we needed was a sensor cleaning. That’s it! Honest, trustworthy, friendly and reliable! We have finally found our go to Plumber!

Ben was our technician today and he was absolutely the best. We had a leak at our business One Stop Pet Shop and couldn't have been happier. I recommend this company 100%

We've had quite a lot of plumbing needs in the house we bought, along with some gas needs. Modern Plumbing was always fast to come out and fix it right the first time. Everything was explained and the employees really knew their stuff, answering all my questions and understanding what my needs were.

Ray came out on an emergency visit super quick. Very polite, explained everything he was doing, repair estimate right up front. When I called that same night to see if he could fix my lack of water pressure he got me in the very next day! Highly recommend this company.

Called Ray about 9 am on Black Friday, expecting to be told he could come over Saturday or Monday, because it was a holiday weekend. But Ray said he was finishing up a job and could be here by 12 pm
He was on time, did a great job and was very fair with his pricing.

We needed three toilets fixed after moving in to our new home so I called Modern Plumbing and Heating and they were out within an hour to fix everything. They even gave us some helpful hints with our air conditioner and mentioned they could help with heating, cooling and electrical. We’ll definitely call them again when the time comes!
