    D and D have been maintaining our HVAC system for the last 7 years and they've been doing a good job. Kennis is very professional, courteous and explains everything thoroughly. We highly recommend them.

    Great company. Super responsive and they really take pride in their work. It is rare to find a company that truly understands customers service. These guys do. Rick and his son Chris are honest and fair. They just installed an HVAC unit at our Ice cream shop and they were super professional.

    Customer satisfaction, guaranteed! After 25 years, our Trane heat pump went this past January (on the coldest day of the year). We had it replaced with a more efficient Lennox XP20 system. While we've had a lot of issues getting this system fully functional and operational, D&D really stood by their name and came out many times until everything was rectified. These systems are very high-tech and don't always effortlessly adapt to an older home. I would not be exaggerating if I said they were here at least a dozen times. But, they never gave up! Special shout out to Dustin and Frankie, who went above and beyond!

    Top notch customer service from start through finish. The coils in both my condenser and air handler were leaking which essentially rendered my original unit useless. After being disappointed with the inept service and lack of urgency by Burkholder's, I contacted D&D. Chris (GM) and his team of installers had a new Lennox system installed within the week. Everyone, from the office staff to the installers, was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. If you're in their service area, I highly recommend giving D&D a call for all your heating and cooling needs!

    This is the absolutely the worst company. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! Poor Customer service. Horrible workmanship!!!! I hired these clowns to install my heating system in my new home. I had numerous issues with their work. System failed to work properly. They had to return three times or more to get it right and still not correct. They improperly installed the flue pipe flashing, sloppy workmanship on the gas lines, Didn't program thermostats correctly. Recently my second floor unit stopped working. I discovered they left screws out of the blower door which cause the limit switch to extend and shut the system down. I replaced the screws but now my heat pump won't engage. I called the owner and he wants $90 just to walk in my door to look at the system. My next complaint is to Attorney Generals Office Bureau of Consumer Protection.

    Although I was not a customer and their technicians were awfully busy today, Rick assisted me over the phone with my AC issue. When it's 90f outside, this company truely cared about the customers. I'll be calling them again. Also a thank you to the receptionist Donna.

    We had a new heat pump installed. The technicians that installed it were amazing, knowledgeable , helpful and answered all of my endless questions. The unit was installed when promised and is working beautifully. It’s been a pleasure to work with this company.

    They came to give me an estimate to rep;ace my heating system. Said will send it out. Never got an estimate. Called to follow up. they said they were really busy, would get one out. That was about 2 months ago . I had asked about a Lennox system, since they are an authorized dealer and Lennox has a rebate. Chris was vague about it and said they install Weil McCain systems.

    They replaced our entire old heat pump system with a new energy efficient Lennox system. They did almost all of the work in a day. The system was ready to use at the end of the day. They were on time, cleaned up after everything, removed all the old equipment, instructed us on how to use the programmable wi-fi thermostat. They have been our heating and cooling company since we built our house almost 30 years ago. They are quick to respond to emergencies and on time for scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

    In June of 2017 I purchased a new Lennox central air conditioner from D&D Heating and Cooling. The new Lennox AC replaced a 25 year old Carrier AC. The installation of the new AC and removal of the old AC went off without a hitch. The installation was completed in one day and the AC worked perfectly and did so through out the summer.

    Now for the interesting part, I'm an amateur radio operator (AKA a Ham) and started to notice a strange repetitive electrical noise (RFI, Radio Frequency Interference) on the HF (shortwave) bands of my radios that would come and go. This RFI noise was a problem as it was interfering with signals I was trying work. After some detective work on my part I discovered the RFI was coming from the new Lennox air handler in the attic. I did some research and determined that it was coming from the variable speed motor used in the air handler. I called D&D and told them of the RFI issue and provide them with the results of my research. Their service manager (Dustin) contacted me and addressed the problem head on. He worked with the motor supplier (Regal Beloit America, Inc.) who provided a special filter for the motor. Dustin installed the motor filter but the results were mixed and he contacted the motor supplier again with the results. The motor supplier then provided a redesigned motor filter that Dustin installed. The the new filter reduced RFI problem to a point that it no longer presents a problem operating the radio.

    I very impressed with D&D Heating and Cooling for their handling of this problem. It was not of their making and really was not obligated to try and resolve this type issue as the AC was working as it was supposed to. Dustin was very easy to work with and never complained about taking on this challenge even though, I'm sure, he had other service issues of a higher priority.

    Thanks Dustin, Chris and the D&D team you went beyond the call of duty!
