We woke up on Saturday morning with no heat or hot water. We called D&D and got a call from the tech within 20 minutes. The D&D tech was there when he said he would be, less than an hour from our initial call. it turned out to be a simple reset problem and we were up an running quickly. Always professional and on time. Have provided different options as solutions and is up front about cost, labors, and pros/cons of each option. Even on Christmas, when my Dad decided to install the Nest system and blew a fuse, they came to the rescue - he called the help line, got someone within the hour, and drove out to their house to pick up a fuse...on Christmas! Definitely recommend them!
