Torsen was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. Was available to answer any questions we had about our unit.

I can tell you that while this company is supposedly family run it is a big city as I have seen. Poor communication, over promise and under deliver, poor craftsmanship, and have had problems since day one with the high end heat pump. I can say they are slimy low down individuals with no thought for the people they take advantage of. Avoid at all costs.

In response to their reply. So utilizing their chat function that says they will notify the company and leaving a voicemail after hours doesn't constitute reaching out for service. While I understand you only see a portion of my issue it might be good to call me back when I report a concern through 2 methods of communication. Luckily we have a 3rd now.

To add to my issues with this company they have plenty of excuses but fail to take ownership for poor communication and quality of work. The electrical was not done correctly, than was "repaired" the following day, and then was repaired again when the system had an error. The system is not set up correctly and I would like some help getting it corrected. Especially since it we are in the first 60 days.

It was a good all around experience. I had My Heating system maintenanced and inspected. The young man that did the work, Ryan Lynk was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Hope he is around the next time I need an inspection..

Efficient and personable! After doing a diagnostic on our duct / furnace system, a few maintenance issues popped up. I appreciated how Dan had several options to approach the issue. We now have a good idea of a starting point and where we need to build to in the future!

I am rating 5 stars because the technician Ryan was great. However, when it comes to scheduling the appointment I made it very clear my preference was for the afternoon due to my work schedule and the dispatchers TWICE failed to accommodate this by scheduling my appt first thing in the AM. Unfortunately it seems customer satisfaction is not a consideration once they already have your money.

Worked with Nathan who did the tuneup for my furnace. He did a very thorough job and examined all the parts, and clearly communicated to me what parts were still working great and what parts might need attention and why. I highly recommend their services.

Last Week we had a Generac Generator installed by a team that worked fluidly together. Brody Diaz deLeon came on Monday (as scheduled) installed all the gas pipe lines, then Cody Labahn, Matt, and Tham showed up on Thursday (as scheduled) and completed all the generator electrical work. They waited for Brody to return that afternoon to complete the installation and then ran tests. We were blown away at the efficiency and teamwork. They were pleasant, courteous and answered any questions we had during the installation. We just had to take this opportunity to let people know how pleased we were with the entire project. Spencer Mcguffin was our technician and was so helpful with inspecting our town homes flawed ducting. If we ever need work done we will be calling sky heating

Simply tried to chat online about if I was reading something correctly and Antonio immediately stopped the chat before he said anything and blocked me so now I cant even ask a question. Oh yeah great customer service you have there. :/
