    Josh came out today to check a sensor that was acting unusual and he thoroughly checked over everything before determining I need a new sensor. He was very polite and concerned that I was having an issue and I feel confident in his work. Sky Heating has always been very professing you can really tell they care about what they are doing.     The installers were friendly and knowledgeable and the office staff helped me through the process. Everyone took all the time I needed to answer my questions. This is the second house I used this company and I would encourage anyone that needs this type of service to give them a call.

    I woke up Sunday morning in January and my heater was not working. The normal company I work with usually gives me about a five day period to get someone out. Recall seeing a Sky truck in my neighborhood, so I called them. Fortunately, I was able to get my heating. Turned on that morning was not an emergency, but they were able to come out the next day. Jason Howard showed up and was extremely nice and informative. He walked through my system and told me all of the faults that had popped up over the last couple of years and also told me what was repaired from the last company who installed the unit a few years back. He did a simple check up and cleaning. He was a great guy and next time I will ask for him by name if I were you, I would ask for Jason as well. I’m sure there are other employees are great but I can tell you for sure this guy was amazing.

    I had a main drain clog and called Sky. They scheduled me for the next day. John showed up on-time and was friendly and professional. Got to work and quickly found the issue. He was knowledgeable and provided great feedback on possible solutions to fix the problem. Great pricing also was a major reason I called and was happy that I did.     Josh was wonderful! He took the extra time, fixed a problem with the hvac, which had been plaguing us for months, and he saved us from unnecessarily paying a bunch for repairs that weren't actually needed. Great company, amazing service engineer.

    We had central a/c installed, a second EV charger installed, and a generator transfer switch installed. It was absolutely amazing and it all looks great! Braxton and the team are top notch. We are having them come back to do more projects in the near future! This is the company to use!!

    3/16/23: We had a few cosmetic issues that we wanted corrected and to make sure the A/C unit was secure (we live on the side of a mountain). Mario came and fixed everything with professionalism and was incredibly nice. We had additional electrical work done last month and could not be more pleased! If you need any of the services Sky offers...USE THEM!!!

    This will be long, but this is one of those things where you say, "why didn't I contact Sky Heating sooner!!" They were just fantastic. Truly. We even went with them although their bid was a couple/few thousand more for our heating and cooling system. Let's start with Dan the technician. He came out, on time and very helpful in explaining everything he was doing. He did a very Thorough! inspection and cleaning on our current furnace which is 25 yrs old I might add....Four hours after the maintenance guy left, the ignitor went out. I kid you not! The people at Sky Heating were just wonderful to work with. They got their repair man to come repair the furnace immediately and were very fair; with what they could have charged us I would not have even considered buying a system from them. All this time, Omar, our system design person is watching all this take place! Talk about patient!! He really appeared genuinely concerned considering all that we had been through. Anybody else would have t wanted to get our bid done and go home for the evening! But he went above and beyond and helped diagnose the problem with the furnace over the phone, he stayed for hours while all these people are coming and going, all while being empathetic, professional, and still able to answer all my questions about the system we were considering while I'm having a meltdown.
    Of course we went with them! They placed the HP outside in a great spot and the installers were great too. The integrity I saw in these workers was commendable. One of the "air scrubber" units was a little bit bent and smashed like maybe in transit or something. I happened to notice it and forgot to say anything. You know they could have installed it like that and I would never have known. However Mario, the installer didn't say a thing, he just went and got one that was not smashed and installed it. After all this I reserve the right to update the review on how the DHP system does. But with everything we have seen: Five Stars is not enough. Get your appt scheduled before it gets busy. You'll thank me later!

    In May of 2022, Sky plumbers correctly diagnosed the need for a new shower valve. At that time we signed up for their discount program, at a cost of $20 per month, which entitled us to a small discount. We were specifically told we could cancel anytime. The plumbers did a good job with the shower valve replacement in July of 2022. In December of 2022, we were having problems with our central gas furnace, so called them and they at 1st said it was fine, but when we pointed out the furnace should be on but was not, within another 5 minutes they reported seeing a code that the heat exchanger was bad, and this repair would cost a little over $2,800. They also shut off our gas to the furnace but this caused the pilot lights on 2 gas fireplaces to go out - and they refused to light the pilot lights - though they knew we were freezing. We had NW Natural Gas come out in a couple of days to relight the pilots so we could get some heat going. They referred us to Sunset Heating & Cooling, and Sunset came out if just a couple of days and within 5 minutes of arriving they diagnosed the problem as a plugged drainage tube and immediately repaired the problem, for around a total cost of $150. Around December 18, 2022, I called Sky and told them to cancel the discount program and they said that was fine. However, yesterday we saw they were still taking the monthly fee of $20 out of our account, on January 3rd and again on January 31st, 2023. They are refusing to refund $ taken after we cancelled, and are now saying the discount program could not be cancelled for 1 year. So, although their plumbers were good, the gas furnace people are incompetent and they are now engaging in financial shenanigans. I do NOT RECOMMEND SKY.
