I have used Sky for an AC installation, a repair, and an AC and furnace replacement at different residences and they have always been reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and professional as well as prompt. I think they do good quality work and provide quality products.

In need of a water heater replacement, I scanned a QCR code while watching a recent Sky Heating commercial, and my appointment was was made for two days later. This made it so easy!
Brodie and Brody both arrived as scheduled to look the situation over, and give me the different options. I was wanting to switch from electric to gas and move the water heater to a better location, which would require relocating some plumbing.
While in the crawlspace, they were able to notice a small leak in another drain, and were able to take care of that for me as well. It was a very reassuring feeling to have a couple trained sets of eyes to look over the plumbing under my house.
The new gas water heater was installed, I am very pleased with my whole experience with Sky Heating. Brodie was very professional and represented your company well. I will definitely call Sky again.

Dan Bloomfield was amazing! He was prompt, friendly, really knowledgeable about our HVAC, and got us cool again during the heatwave! Even our dog, who is skittish of new people, really liked Dan :-) Would recommend Sky and Dan every time!

It’s not fun, having to replace a major appliance for your home, but the team from Sky Heating/Air Stars made it painless. First the salesman, Nathan Gross, proposed a new central furnace at a very good price compared to the competition. After we accepted the contract, the Install Coordinator, Natalie Eichler, scheduled the install for the following week. I was amazed, given the supply chain problems everyone has been having. On the appointed day, the install team of Andrey Altuhov and Randolph Bain arrived on-time and immediately got to work pulling out our old furnace and installing the new one. When they determined that the existing electrical breaker was wrong for the new furnace, they called in an electrician, Steve Harper. The entire process was complete by mid-afternoon, that day. They left our furnace room in better shape than they found it: all possible air leaks taped and the floor swept clean.
I recommend them, highly.

Jeff Friberg was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We needed three drains unclogged, one of which has been repeatedly problematic. He made some suggestions, was honest about what did NOT need to be done, and gave some guidance and a quote on another plumbing issue. This is my second contact with this company; I appreciate the ease of scheduling, and will definitely use again.

Gordon and Jeff came out and determined where our leak was coming from. They were professional and nice to work with. Tina stayed in touch with us to determine when our toilets would be installed. A month or so later, our furnace finally quit on us after 30 years. We called Sky Heating and Kelly Thomas and Brayden Smith installed a new furnace for us. Charlie in sales was able to direct us to one that would work best for us in our budget and for the size of our house. Thank you Sky! I'm glad there is one company I can call for all these services and receive the best customer service.

Very impressed by this company! My husband and I have been doing some remodeling and needed help with some electrical work. Called on 4/25 to make an appointment and we were booked on 5/12. About 20 minutes later I get a call from Maria asking if we would like someone to come out tomorrow since she has an electrician that will already be in our area. Braxton came to our house in the early morning and was ready to fix things. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about an hour and then gave us estimates for any other electrical work for the future. Would definitely use this company again!

My upstairs bathtub started leaking and water was pouring out of the canned light below the bathtub. Brodie came out the next day, found the problem and fixed it. Brodie was very professional and yet friendly. Answered all my questions and explained what had happened and why. Very happy with the work that Brodie did. Thanks so much!

Josh was my technician. He was fantastic in every aspect! He put in a new thermostat and checked the entire HVAC system to make sure everything was working properly and ready for the summer heat and winter cold. I was extremely impressed with him and will highly recommend him and Sky to anyone.
