Received an excellent customer service from Able heating and cooling. Very professional, responsive and the installation went flawless. Highly recommended and will definitely use their services again without a doubt.

I am so happy that the previous owners of this home recommended ABLE and noted that Scott should be requested for service. It’s obvious that he has been in the business for years. Very courteous and friendly, and knows his trade to the nth degree. The entire experience was seamless, from scheduling the appointment to Scott’s on time arrival and a thorough maintenance. check of our Trane heat pump system. Five stars!

Tech arrived very late , truck was leaking oil and got it all over my driveway Paid for diagnostics but did not do any diagnostic ,found relay switch that popped out and just flipped it and charged me for relay replacement .Despite the charge I was happy that problem was fixed .But 2 weeks latter the relay has popped again .
I have called the other company and they diagnosed problem correctly .Our compressor on 27 year old R 22 system was the problem , thats why relays constantly pops. Its quite common on old units .
Dishonest dishonorable individuals without backbone . They will be receiving letter from my lawyer soon.

I liked the friendly service and tips that Scott gave me about how to take care of my furnace and a/c all year. Also excellent communication from the office on arrival time and parts orders. Highly recommend!

The entire Able team was extremely responsive, considerate, and professional in all aspects of our multi-head mini split system installation. We had a short time window, and some additional access coordination needs to accommodate a family members medical condition. The office team went above and beyond our expectations to shift schedules around fall within our available dates. The installation team was courteous, respectful, and very diligent in explaining functional details of the systems for current as well as advisable maintenance practices. Cost was on par with other bids though layouts and expandability features were more prohibitive on the systems recommended by other servicers. I previously utilized Able when my furnace went out over a holiday weekend a couple of years ago and was very satisfied with that experience. The servicer detailed the issue and replaced a defective part without any extra emergency call out fees.

Extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, hardworking, great at explaining things, and very generous with their tome. Just to mention a few things because I can sing their praise all day long. Everyone who works for this company is absolutely the very best. I very highly recommend this company.

Replacement gas furnace installed at residence. Good price proposal was originally submitted (considerably lower prices than 2nd choice company we were considering). new furnace was installed on exact date & time that was scheduled. Three technicians performed the installation with a consistent professional & friendly manner. furnace installation was completed in one afternoon as promised. Will definitely use this company for any future work and recommend them to family and friends.

The owner agreed with me , that the receptionist miss-spoke and quoted me a very incorrect amount that I would be charged. I received an email from the owner, stating to me that I would be refunded the difference. It is a ( significant amount ) , however after a week of phoning the company asking why it hasn't happened yet, they will not return my calls. They are ignoring me :( and I have decided to give up. So unfortunate. I had to share with the person that recommended them, that everything was not done to what most people would probably think is the minimum. I wish it would have been made right. -----> I'd be happy to share the email from the owner, if anyone wants to see it, I am not believed. Its a problem with courtesy nowadays.

Great experience. Friendly and courteous. Got AC maintenance and found a drainage issue with the furnace. There were two stink bugs in the drain and Kevin got it all working. I’ve used Able for years and this was another great experience.

I would highly recommend Able heating and cooling! My furnace stopped working the morning I was flying out of town for work, leaving my wife and kids with no heat. They were able to quickly schedule us an appointment. Additionally, Scott Dendy, was amazing. He assisted my wife while I was out of town, and walked her through what the problem was, fixed it, and didn’t try to take advantage of the situation. My wife couldn’t speak more highly of his professionalism, knowledge and customer experience. He was also great with our dog! Very pleased with Abel and Scott!
