Able Heating & Cooling is the best heating & cooling company I've ever dealt with! They are friendly, knowledgeable professionals who truly care about their customers!! They work efficiently & are reasonably priced!

I have worked with Able Heating & Cooling for many years now! They have maintained my heating & air conditioning system and when it became necessary, they were who I chose to replace it! They spent a great deal of time to help me to pick the right system for my home & my needs!

I just can't say enough about Able Heating & Cooling!! They're the best!!! I highly recommend them for any of your heating & air conditioning needs!!

Our initial experience a couple years back was great, and when our furnace recently went wonky we had them out again. They discovered a couple issues that really necessitated a new furnace… but that felt like a last resort decision. They really walked us through all the things it could be and tried fixing those. We felt good about getting a new furnace (even with it being a large purchase) and they AGAIN really took care of us while seconding on new equipment. It’s hard to find a business that feels like they’re not trying to upsell you at every turn, but Able is really customer focused.
We cannot say enough great things about the whole team!

Original: We had Able come out and service our furnace/AC - Scott was great! Super knowledgeable, and willing to explain what he was doing and why. We had another company out a couple years back and felt very much like they were trying to up-sell us on several expensive services, even mentioning replacing our units... though we are the new owners, our house is 15 years old and the previous owners had regular maintenance.
We will happily use them for future maintenance and repairs, and will likely have them back when it’s time to replace/upgrade our system.

Was not sure why our AC would not turn on anymore. Called Able and Scott stopped by to take look. He very quickly isolated the problem, performed the repair, and got the unit working again in no time. He also took the time to explain how this unit operates and give us a few pointers on simple things we can do to keep it operating optimally. We very much appreciate the easy to follow instructions and the super quick turnaround. Many thanks for the great work.

Called Able Heating & cooling due to AC not cooling the house. Three days later the Technician, Scott, arrived to test and recharge the AC unit. Scott was amazing, a true professional, and knows Heating & Air Conditioning like the back of his hand. Not only did he repaired the AC but also shared tips about the best filter type for cooling and how to install to utilize the whole filter area. Scott also showed how a slight repositioning of the AC unit will help keep it clean. Overall I feel the service received was professional and exceeded my expectations. I will certainly use Able Heating & Cooling again.

I called because I had the furnace wasn’t working. They gave me an arrival window the next day between 10 AM and noon.
The technician, Scott, notified me that he was on his way 30 minutes before his arrival. Promptly at 10 AM, he got started looking at the furnace. He checked all of the components and let me know that the capacitor was working but should be replaced soon in order to prevent damage to the motor.
After he looked at the furnace, he looked at the thermostat and found that it was very old. He recommended replacing the thermostat eventually. He didn’t try to sell me anything and told me that it would be much cheaper to buy a thermostat on my own then to have him install one.
The problem ended up being a dead battery in thermostat. I was charged for half an hour of labor and the trip charge. I was very happy to pay for peace of mind and the honesty and competency of Scott.

Our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year (115 degrees). I called several heating & cooling service companies that very next morning, including our regular one. They didn't return my call for days. Others were not taking any new customers, others were scheduled out to August and still others would only send someone out to charge for a diagnostic call then book a separate repair call. Able was able to schedule an actual repair technician in less than 2 weeks. I talked to Ian a few times who was always professional. Corey was our tech he was outstanding; prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and patient enough to listen to my husband's corny jokes. Thanks for helping us survive the rest of the summer.

Scott does a fantastic job, very professional and informative - he walks you through what he's doing and the best way to stay on top of getting the most out of your system while keeping it maintained. I highly recommend using Able.
