I am the owner of Black Butte Building and Design, a residential contracting company here in Bend and have been using Precision Heating and Cooling since our inception in 2018. I hired Precision Heating and Cooling to come out and service my furnace and replace some damaged ductwork. They were on time and when it was discovered more of the ductwork was bad than we had originally thought they were able to get the material and completed same day for a fair price.
