Super friendly people, always helpful when I have questions about my oil furnace. One of the techs, Peter, went above and beyond my last visit to help me out. I am definitely taking to them when it's time to upgrade.

I was very disappointed with this company. I called them on Friday to see if they could help me with a broken Furnace. They said they could. I admit things were complicated because I had to catch a flight and had a house sitter coming over, but this was the first Friday of the "Artic Blast '08" with the coldest weekend in ages coming. I had told them fan was failing to turn on. At noon, I got a call saying they tried calling my house a couple of times and anything done after that point would be overtime (OVERTIME AT NOON!!!!) They finally came Friday afternoon, and said they had the wrong part and there was nothing they could do until Monday (although the part was in stock at the local distributor). This meant my dog and the house sitter and my house had to spend the entire weekend without heat (with HIGHS in the 20's). The company chose not to keep me informed of the decisions and I had to find out everything second hand through the housesitter. On Monday when the snow was worse, they said they could not come out. After some arm twisting, they did... at 5PM. I found the company lacked any sort of compassion for the situation. I now have pipe problems that I need to solve, thanks to a weekend with no heat. I will refuse to work with this company ever again. (Smart one guys, because I still need to replace the furnace in the near future, guess who is not going to get a chance at that job)
