Deluxe is FANTASTIC! I wanted a heat pump installed with my oil furnace as back-up. I didn't want to trash a perfectly functional furnace and tank. Seemed like such a waste. Other companies didn't know enough about oil furnaces and could only offer to scrap my oil and replace with electric or natural gas. Deluxe KNOWS OIL and did a great job setting me up. Any problems I had, they came out immediately and fixed it (even on the 24th of December!). I love my heat pump and the oil furnace is right there when it gets a little too cold for the pump to work efficiently. I can't recommend Deluxe highly enough!

With freezing temps at night upon us I was so happy that they even came a day sooner than I thought.

I should have did this review in May! The house I used to rent did business with Deluxe. Anytime I needed them, they always did good work. Flash forward to my own home. Our central air and heat passed inspection but when it came time to finally move in, one of the vents had no air coming through and somehow became disconnected. The only place I thought of to do business with personally myself was Deluxe! It's that time of the year when it starts to get busy so I was expecting possibly an appointment 2 weeks out at least, which I would've been fine with. They were able to come out the same week. After I setup the time I eventually received another callback that someone was in my area already so if I'd like, they could stop by afterwards. I took them up on their offer. I couldn't make it to the new house because I was too busy packing and cleaning up our old house so my boyfriend went over to meet him at our new house. When they got there, he told him what was wrong right of way and gave him the option to fix it himself which I thought was real honest and kind of him to be fair in the way. Since he was already there and my boyfriend didn't want to get down in that dirty crawlspace, he just let him do the work. We are glad to have them as our contact and look forward to always doing biz with them!!!!! Thank you.

In the 20+ years that I've owned a home and may have needed a furnace technician to check the unit, Deluxe Heating and Cooling is the best customer oriented visit I've ever experienced. The technician was very patient with me, providing wise counsel and directions on a variety of residential HVAC topics. The furnace in my current home, which my family has lived in just over 4 years, was experiencing some strange systems that were also appearing on the NEST smart thermometer. The technician from Deluxe Heating and Cooling thoroughly assessed the situation, including help to identify the right type and rating of air filter that the unit would need, because the last air filter was part of the problem. The second item was a limiter switched deemed to be failing. Although the technician didn't have the needed part, he was very open in explaining the next steps, including scheduling the next appointment to replace the faulty switch.

In the end - I am super amazed on the excellent customer service that Deluxe Heating and Cooling apparently made it a priority.

Deluxe Heating and Cooling is now on my speed dial, should I need their assistance in the future (For those at Deluxe Heating and Cooling)

For those technicians and their associated dispatch, don't take it personal, but I certainly hope our paths don't cross again... because my furnace has been expertly serviced.

Yeah, yeah - i know... regular change air filter, there are likely a few items to address at the next service check-up etc.

My husband was referred to Deluxe Heating and Cooling through his employer, ProBuild. Peter came out to assess the problem with our heater and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It turned out the motor in the heater had breathed its last breath. Some companies would have said they would order the part needed and come back another day (which since this visit happened on a Friday would have left us without heat for the weekend at least) but not Peter! He got on his phone and found the motor available locally, drove to get it and replaced it the same day! This is what I call customer service! He was very personable and explained what was going on in layman's terms. He also made sure to write in the invoice what maintenance needed to schedule in the future. Would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and neighbors!

They deliver fuel for furnaces to oil tank. Ive ordered 3 times from them. They should standardize the customer service end. Like staking tank before or after a fill. Leaving bill or sending bill or invoice. Last time they didnt send it or leave it. I knew they arrived when my card had been deducted. Overall, they are friendly and have a good service. 5 in exceptional service. 4 would be very good. 3 is adequate. I would use them again and tell others. Find out what your customers want---they are always right!
