I am rarely compelled to write a review as it seems that often times there has been little reason to inspire me, until now. Today I had the pleasure of meeting one of your technicians by the name of Lyle. He called when he was 40 minutes out, was promptly on time, was extremely courteous, was more than helpful and professional with what he was doing and why, and provided me with welcome advice how to get the optimum efficiency out of my cooling and heating system. He went the extra mile in my book. This is a stand out employee and could see this gentleman as easily the spokesperson for your business. Thank you sincerely for hiring and taking care of such great people, and obviously dedicated employees! You have my business, and will pass the word on of this extremely positive experience!

They provided me with a scheduled on time free estimate on replacing my furnace and air-conditioning. And performed the work quick and on time with a reasonable pricing even offered financing witch was a surprise to me. But my air continued house is working great and only paying about under $90 on electricity on a 1020 sf home . I think that is cheap.

David and Andy were my heros today! They found my outdoor water leak and repaired it the same day…which involved digging 3ft of soil and in this heat wave! Thxs to both of you.

Lyle Nearby has been the technician servicing our heat pump for three years now (I think 3 years). Anyway he is the only one I can remember and is the only technician I want to service my unit. I was very impressed with his attention to detail, completeness of doing his work and lastly he is very personable.

Technically I feel he is well qualified.

This last service call was during the cornavirus pandemic and as requested, he wore a mask the whole time he was here.

I also like the fact that he was scheduled to be here between 10:00am and 12:00pm. He called to let me know he was on his way and was here around 10:00am.

Lyle.. The absolute best. We had no heat, 2ft of snow and he came out and reassured us in the beginning that he would help make our vacation special. Not only did he go above and beyond, he really impressed my wife and I with his candor with our small children. His education of what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how it worked helped put us at ease and we felt comfortable calling him back in the future. Top notch!

Super helpful diagnosis of the problem with my water heater. The technician was extremely friendly and also looked at the heater, even though he was there for the water heater. Highly recommend this business!
