Central Oregon Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Tried to do my own plumbing (moron!) and ended up with a shower that wouldn’t turn off and was steaming up the entire house. Called Central H, C, and P on a Friday afternoon and they had someone to my house in 20 MINUTES. Andy was very professional and had the shower fixed in no time. So grateful!

Very polite, helpful, and on time. This goes for their Admins answering the phone, and the Tech that came to my house.

The technicians arrived early. They were very polite, very thorough and professional during their visit. They informed me if the problems with my systems and what I needed to do to repair the problems. Great people and super service.

Everyone has been kind and courteous. We are always given information about new systems without being pushed into buying anything. They are always willing to help us with whatever we need at the time. Lyle has been our technician the past few times, and he has been great!

Our water heater stopped working all of a sudden. I called Central Oregon Heating/Cooling/Plumbing and they came out within a couple hours to look at the water heater. Turned out it had a leak and shorted the thermostat! They were able to arrange a replacement same day so our kids didn’t have to go through the weekend with no hot water. Definitely a life saver! We feel so fortunate that they did this for us!

Professional, courteous, on time, friendly, enjoyed my cat who kept trying to help. The work was of superior quality. Technician took the time to make sure I knew how to work my new thermostat. Even vacuumed out my furnace.
