I appreciate that they came out for an estimate and their honesty in telling me my request was not practical from a cost/benefit viewpoint. They pointed out another option I hadn't thought of.

Communication twixt Redmond and Bend people and down to service man wasted my efforts. Andrew was on time, clean, professional but devoid of the actual part for repair. Resupply takes time and he wasted none, so I am happy with his efforts. Ray
