We had our furnace and ac go out. They were quick to get is a quote. Reasonably price and had it in with in two days. The men installing the heat pump were very professional finished the job in one day and even gave us a great tutorial on how to use the new digital thermostat. Great job guys. The heat pump works great!!

My AC went out one a Friday night on one of the hottest days of the year! I called and they came out first thing Saturday morning. The service man did an excellent job. He was quick and efficient. Beside what needed to be fixed, he noticed some air filters were missing and went out and bought those for me. He came back and replaced those, too. Excellent service! Thank you very much!

Bruce H&A installed both of our HVAC systems in our new home for the main and upstairs levels and we have been extremely happy with them. While working on our basement, we purchased our other HVAC components from them and their prices were extremely reasonable. We had a small issue with one of the heat pumps a couple years after install and Brian Morris was the technician who performed the service visit. He was on time, was quick to diagnose the problem and had us up and running on the same visit, in less than an hour. He was extremely professional, offered a routine service plan but did not become a "high pressure salesman" when we politely declined, unlike some other service technicians we've encountered over the years. We will continue to do business with Bruce H&A in the future as a result.

HUGE THANKS to Jeremy K for the time he took in getting an accurate estimate to us in a timely manner & Daniel & Brian M for servicing the old system until the new iComfort heat pump system was installed by Mike & Forest...KUDOS, Gentlemen!!! Then to Reynaldo for adding coolant to the new system - Thank you! But Brian M was back to the rescue again with the PTCS test needed for the UEC rebate & again for the power bump that knocked us offline on Labor Day.
This is the 2nd system they’ve installed for us..rental unit needed a new system a couple of years ago...total professionalism all the way!

Brian Morris has done a fantastic job of maintenance on our heat pump. My husband and I request him for maintenance and any other repairs needed. Brian has a great personality and is a hard worker. He's a keeper!

It was time to replace the old heating system. Bruce Heating provided a reasonable bid for both furnace and air conditioner. Showed up on time and worked efficiently. Very appreciative of Bruce Heating. Will call on them again and again.
