We have used Bruce Heating & Air, Hermiston, OR for many years, 2 homes, old systems, then new installs at both homes. We have been on the maintenance plan with late Spring/late fall visits. We have always been very pleased with their service. They are always friendly and professional. Brian Morris was just here. He is great! But the few times he hasn't been available we've been just as happy with all of the others, too. THANK YOU!

We have been having issues with our unit for 8 weeks. One company tried three times to fix it. Even had recommended getting ducts cleaned bc they thought that was the problem. Got a second option with Bruce. They sent Norm out. He was great. Nice kind and determined to find and fix the problem. And he did. Thank you Norm.

Jeremy came out gave me a bid for a new ac install even with there busy schedule got the new system installed very quickly, every one at bruce was very professional girls at the office, jeremy, and the installers couldn't of been any better, every thing was perfect, do yourself a favor and give them a call if you need a service or system. Absolutely the best service I have received! Ron fixed the issue promptly, I was told by another company that I needed an entire new system so we called Bruce Heating and Cooling for a second opinion. 2.5 hours later we had a fully functioning system that was just low on refrigerant.

The service man was very polite, explained things thoroughly and helped us get installation quickly. We are very pleased with new AC. It was finished before the extreme heatwave came through. We are very grateful.

Brian was very helpful. He gave me the choices of what I could do and how much each would cost and what the cost of the maintenance would be so I could make an informed decision. He called the salesman to get the information and had him email me information. I feel he went above and beyond what I expected.
