Fantastic work by the technician, diagnosed the issue quick - had an instant quote and parts available to repair. Even though it was an after hours rate- I still feel like I got a great deal with them coming to my home same day and fixing it so quickly. Bruce Mechanical has been doing Service work for my place of employment for many years. They respond quickly and are very reliable. Chase was our tech today. He was very professional, polite and efficient. He checked in a few times to update us on the status of where he was at with things.

They're the ones that installed my heater before we bought our house. So I called them when we realized that my thermostat was blank.We tried to problem solve, and was unable to fix it. So Richard came out after working all day and had a smile on his face. Dealt with my dogs. And was truly a life saver. I look forward to having them also come fix our gas fireplaces so we can enjoy them too! So happy to know that they do so much! So thankful for such wonderful staff. Mind you he got out of bed to come help me, and stayed to fix everything until 1am, after having a long really busy Friday. I'm so thankful for him, I will be asking for Richard from here on out. Gentleman named Chase was personable, very knowledgeable. And best of all had an amazing go getter attitude. He showed up and rolled with the punches. Great overall service provided by Chase.

My appointment was for a regularly scheduled maintenance check. I've had them out many times over the years as I have a yearly contract with them. I have only good things to say about their service and professionalism. They are always on time and they do a thorough check of my HVAC system in the house as well as the outside AC unit.

AC technician was willing to explain all parts of the process and what choices I had. He explained his recommendations fully, and answered questions respectfully. He was prompt and professional.
