We use the semi-annual maintenance service. Service is easy to schedule, the technicians show up on time and are knowledgeable, efficient and always spend a few minutes at the end with helpful tips to keep our systems operating well in between visits. I highly recommend Bruce Heating to friends and neighbors based on the experiences we have had over the years they have taken care of our heating + cooling systems.

Bruce came out once to look at our A/C since it was leaking water, and their “well-knowledged tech” said it was “normal” for our A/C unit to rain water from the unit. Our motor ended up blowing up due to the amount of water that landed into it and we had to buy a new one and called Bruce Heating to install a new one. They did not want to help cover the cost for this even though it was initially their fault for not finding the solution for the leaking water to our A/C and only honored a price that was mistakenly quoted to me. Now my A/C is leaking again and my wife called to get someone out here ASAP, instead, my wife was told “you don't have to go specifically with us, there are other A/C companies instead. We are also booked out for months.” This is pretty suspect since its fall and I never heard of Bruce Heating being “booked for months” lol. I wouldn't be wasting my time to writing this long review if this wasn't an honest one. Whoever owns this company needs to do a massive overhaul of management and leadership. They do not care or respefor the customers, nor do they have morals and values.

Bruce installed a 3 ton package unit at my home more then $13k. The ducting is well done, however the unit it self will not handle low temps. It runs constantly even when working correctly. I question the size of unit and system design. There are not enough good techs on staff to help most times waiting for service. This forces me to call another hvac contractor to evaluate the system. There are some good techs but few.
