Earthwise Heating and Cooling

We used Earthwise in 2021 for our AC once ours went out and we were so happy with the service! When our ac recently stopped working we reached out for someone to come take a look, they came out the next day and diagnosed the issue actually being our furnace. Due to the heat and our little kids rooms being so hot we needed to act asap for some relief! They were able to come over the next morning and fit us in asap to install the new furnace. We are so happy they were able to accommodate us and get us in quickly so our little ones could have some cool air! Thank you Steve, Morgan and guys! Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Earthwise enough! Steve, the owner, is responsive and kind, and every employee I have interacted with has been professional and knowledgeable. We used them when we installed AC in our new build last year and they were the first ones to spot a major issue that required warranty repair. They took a picture and helped me understand what needed to be done so I could effectively communicate to our warranty team (even though I knew nothing about HVAC systems). Did they need to do this? Nope, it was just their instinct to be kind and helpful. And this was all handled in a manor where I was respected and not talked down to, since I have no idea what I am doing and am a new home owner. As soon as the warranty repair was made and they could complete their install, they came out. Within 24 hours. They MADE TIME FOR US. Who does that anymore? Earthwise. Oh, and did I mention that pricing was totally fair and competitive? We got a quote from a competitor and it THOUSANDS (plural) more. I know there was supply chain issue and it was hot (literally and figuratively) time to get AC installed, but Earthwise is not in the business to hose you. Not at all. Really honest service.

This year our AC wasn’t blowing as cold. They came right out, topped off the coolant, and kindly explained how would could maximize our system to work most efficiently. Seriously, if you have HVAC needs call Steve and Earthwise.

Steve and his team that I worked with (Thomas and Morgan) were great. I found myself in an unfortunate situation - bought a house that was 3 years old and the heat pump failed right around the same time we had the long periods of really cold weather (January 2023). Given the situation, I called multiple HVAC companies - everyone I spoke with told me it would be at least two weeks before they could have anyone come take a look at the problem - Steve had someone come out the same day I called, it was incredible.

The best part, however, was that Steve took care of everything behind the scenes - working with the manufacturer and various vendors to ensure the 5-year warranty was honored, coordinating the logistics of everything, etc. Although I hope I never HAVE to call them again, these guys will absolutely be my go-to for any HVAC issues in the future. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Excellent service. Had AC installed and replace old heating system. The price was very competitive and they finished and completed the job in a day. They showed up with 6-8 employees and were all very professional and informative with the process. They cleaned up all areas and left everything as clean or cleaner then when they arrived. If your looking for a top notch company Steve and Earthwise is the way to go.

My heat went out on New Year's Eve (Friday night). Steve not only answered the phone, he brought me 2 furnaces to use until he could assess the problem on Monday. He called me on Sunday to set up a time for service on Monday. The technician would be at my home at 7:30am on Monday and he was. My furnace was old and so we ended up replacing it. Steve was able to schedule replacement the same day. The team that did the install were awesome. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did. I highly recommend Earthwise to my clients and now I know personally how great of a company they are!

We hired Earthwise Heating & Cooling to replace our gas hot water heater. Steve was so easy to work with and I was offered an appointment the very next day. His guys came out and did the complete job in only a couple of hours using all new high quality components at a very fair price. They even gave a discount for writing a check! Nothing has gone this well for me in years. We could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend this FIVE STAR company!

What a great experience. We shopped around for a central air conditioning system. Steven came to my house the day I called. It was the height of summer season and others took two to three weeks to just do an estimate. I got a very straight forward quote with everything included. Others were more expensive and they all had a but if included and I was not sure if they would charge me more. We considered everything and called Steve back and asked him how long it would be before they can start. He said they will be here Monday. Others had told me it would be weeks before they can come. Steven and his crew showed up Monday morning at 7:30 and started working. Everyone was super.nice and professional. We had a comfortable and cool house by that afternoon. It was so refreshing to see such professional product and work. Steven even brought some vegetables from his garden. I forgot to take the electrician’s name but he was super nice and did a beautiful job. Thank you so much to all the folks at EARTHWISE HVAC. The two young men who worked on the system and never stopped smiling were wonderful also.

Because they couldn't get here right away when our furnace went out, they brought portable heaters for us for free. Then the next day they came by as early as they could, 7:30 in the morning, and fixed our furnace. Unlike other technicians I've worked with, instead of insisting that I replace a part, they simply repaired it. Then they tested the unit several times. It has been working wonderfully ever since. This is my go-to company from now on. And while several companies are raising their rates, earthwise is still charging fairly for their repairs. I would recommend them to anyone, and I've already recommended them to several friends.

Our 31 year old heat pump and air handler needed replacement. I started calling local HVAC companies to request quotes. Earthwise was the first one to answer the phone in person. Steve was the first to come out to the house and to provide a quote. The price was competitive and the lead time very short. Installation was done on schedule including the modifications necessary to retrofit the old system with the new one. The crew was punctual, professional, did an excellent job, tested the new system, and cleaned up the job site when done. I recommend Earthwise without hesitation to anybody who needs HVAC work.
