This Summer we had a Raccoon in our crawl space tear up our ducting.
It wasn't until it got cold that we realized we had a problem. I called 15 companies. Everyone said they couldn't even come out until January. The last company I called was Earthwise. They had Morgan at my house within hours of my call. He fixed our ducts and the opening where the raccoon were coming.

Our air conditioning went out Sunday of Labor Day weekend when it was high 90s to low 100s. We called 3 places in the Forest Grove area that were listed to be 24/7 service. Replaced 2 heat pumps and 2 gas furnaces (backup heat) and air handlers. In addition, they installed an additional cool air return and increased the duct size to the far end of the 2nd floor where air flow was poor. Also installed internet connected thermostats so that I can monitor and control house temperature away from the house.

We bought this house 2 years ago and it was built in 1993. Its a big house, 5200 sq ft, and has to units, one to heat/cool the 1st floor and the second to handle the second/third floors. The heating and cooling has been very inconsistent throughout the house and in the far 2nd floor bedrooms totally inadequate. We have had several contractors and quot;analyzeand quot; how to fix the problem, but it wasn't until Earthwise did they consider fixing the air flow in the house. This was a particularly difficult house since there is no access to the attic space.
Ultimately Earthwise recommended that we add a cool air return to the far end of the house that required some cutting into attic space drywall, ducting it, and making the ducting to the far bedrooms larger. This worked perfectly.
The new units that were installed are quiet and very efficient. In fact with the better ducting we went from 5 ton units to 4 ton units and they work perfectly.
This house that I had almost given up on to be truly comfortable throughout the house is now working like it should thanks to Earthwise. Having just went thru some of our hottest weather I can tell you how pleased I am. We'll see when we hit winter, but I don't expect to be unpleasantly surprised.
The workers were prompt, courteous and very friendly. The work was not easy since they needed to crawl through small spaces.
We are very happy with the end result and can't recommend Earthwise highly enough. What I liked is they solved the problem rather than just saying I needed new units. I knew I needed new units, and they gave me the best price of anyone, but that they solved the whole problem for me.

Earthwise performed the installation of all the mechanical systems, HVAV, in my new house and it works wounderfully. This is the second system they have installed for me. We put a new system in my last house before we sold it, it worked great also. The new owners are happy with it also.

Morgan came out two days early. Work was okay except for bathroom. I tried to tell them it wasn't any warmer then it was before. He looked at me like I was stupid and said as soon as my husband took the fixtures off the heating duct it would be. Well it isn't. He and whoever was with him treated me like I was nobody because I was a female. Every time I asked a question or tried two tell them what was wrong and why we called them, they ignored me. I do not appreciate this. I have the same knowledge my husband does and I know right from wrong, even though I am a mere female. The work was good but this man obviously doesn't think women are very smart.

We called Earthwise for a non functioning A/C unit . It was a 90 degree day and a family was so hot ! They came out next morning and had the right parts and fixed us right up ! Such a positive happy experience rience! Quality , honesty , super fast , trustworthy, best price !Thank you !!!
