These guys are amazing! A super fair price for installing vents and the complete system in an old house for the first time. They think outside the box and are super responsive.

Earthwise has done an absolutely phenomenal job installing our central cooling system. Steve coordinated everything so that it'll be done in one day which meant having his crew and an electrician on site. Everyone was so nice and professional. I can't recommend this company enough. They're very prompt, affordable, and reliable!

Over the years I have dealt with many contractors from all the trades. Earthwise is the most reliable of them all. I’ve had Steve or his guys over to my house several times and every single time they were exactly on time. Remarkable! This service deserves my strongest recommendation.

Had an amazing experience with Earthwise! I called up Steve on a Wednesday asking about AC, and he was out the next morning to give me a bid. Ended up replacing the older gas furnace for a new high efficiency one, and added AC. The install was done by Friday! I couldn't be happier with my experience with the crew, they did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves. This crew is totally professional, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a great price, on great equipment. The do quality work, and care about the people they work for.

Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Steve and his gang over at Earthwise Heating & Cooling.

I've been using "those other popular guys" in Cornelius since we installed our last heat pump 15 yrs ago.

The last 2 summers have cost me a fortune in service calls replacing the very expensive R22 coolant due to a leak ... that was also never fixed. Then the blower motor died last week. They gave us a bid on a unit similar to what we already had and said they could install it mid-DECEMBER.

I called Steve and he came out that very NIGHT to take a look. That was 6 days ago.

He not only gave me a bid for a unit that was BETTER than what we had (more efficient, upgraded SEER, etc), it was also $5k LESS, and they installed it YESTERDAY, during the storm.

Steve, Ryan, Morgan..... great job. My wife and I are very impressed. And we have HEAT again!!

Water Heater Replacement in a flash!
I used Earthwise years ago to replace our furnace and install a new A/C. They were a great value and did a wonderful job. I liked them so much that I saved their information and nearly 9 years later I called them to put a new water heater in at our new home. They came out at 7:30am the next day. No joke, the next day. They were done in about 2 hours and walked me through all the maintenance and care. Final bill was EXTREMELY reasonable. Steve is the owner and doesn't mess around with trying to up sell services that aren't needed. He actually talked me out of going with a tankless for my particular application. When it comes time to replace the furnace and A/C at our new home, I'm definitely going to call them again.

Fun anecdote to go with my review: At our old house the maintenance light came on to change the furnace filter while we were out of town and my mother in law was watching the house. She wasn't sure what to do and called the number on the furnace, which put her through to Steve. He came out the next day, with a filter, changed it out and didn't charge for it. It really made me feel good to know that he took care of my house and a family member while I was out of town. Was it on fire? No, but it just gives me the warm and fuzzies.

A couple of weeks ago, during the hottest days of the year so far, our air conditioner went out. Earthwise Heating and Cooling came out the day after I called. Found the unit to be beyond repair, but hey it was 25 years old, it had a good run. Within three business days I had a new central air conditioner installed and my house was comfortable again. Very friendly, very professional and at what I felt a very reasonable price. Other companies I talked to prior, told me it would be two weeks before they could even come out for an estimate. I definitely recommend them!

New Hot Water Heater
Earthwise was great! Steve was quick to respond to our request. He came out and took a look as we have electric for our hot water heater and gas for the furnace. He made recommendations that were sound, offered and the options and was knowledgeable! We got a quote on Wednesday and the new hot water heater was installed on Friday. I highly recommend Steve and the crew at Earthwise!

As new homeowners, we were faced with a very challenging situation. We had extensive damage to our heating system that also made our home almost unlivable. Within moments of my request for a quote, Earthwise contacted me. Within an hour of our conversation, they sent out heaters for us to use until they could come out and address our problem. They showed up the next day before 8am, and then worked on our home the next morning just as early. The problem has been resolved, our questions answered, and our home is ours again.

Five stars isn't enough. I honestly cannot express my gratitude for what they have done for us. To say I highly recommend their services is an understatement. I will not be calling anyone but Earthwise for future needs.
