They replaces our antiquated heating/cooling systems original to our 1964 hour with a ductless heat pump. They know their stuff, were very professional, kind, and clean. We love our excellent heat pump and can't wait to see how the a/c works this summer.

I had an immediate response to my initial call and there was very little wait time from the first visit for the estimate to the scheduled installation. The staff was courteous and professional. The installation was done without any mess and everything was left clean and neat The heat pump works well. The staff also helped provide the forms I needed to get the tax refund. Several years ago Meagan and crew gave me quotes for a number of weatherization items. Over the past years, I have whittled away at them as finances allowed. I am very pleased with response time, efficiency, tidiness, friendliness & professionalism of each crew.

I had Josh Edinger and Chris Barker here this morning to install my new gas furnace and new hot water heater... they were exactly on time with big friendly smiles and also very polite. They were very attentive to me and my requests and also very informative about the things they were doing to my home. Also informed me in detail on how and what I need to do to keep up on the new equipment they just installed. I also dealt with Taylor May to get everything all set up and scheduled and she went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we got everything done as inexpensive as possible and in a timely manner. My family, friends and I will be customers for life just due to the fantastic customer service and hospitality shown tword my family and our home. We would and will always reccomend GREEN SAVERS to anyone wanting or needing their services. They absolutely are as good as it gets in the HVAC field.. THEY ARE NUMBER 1!!!! I have dealt with a couple other similar companies and I get blown off or treated disrespectfully and they dont act like they care I'm just another paycheck to them... you can tell Chris and Josh care about what their doing and who their doing it for. Taylor, Josh and Chris deserve a fat xmas bonus and a raise and the company and their owner rob Hammerly deserves all the business in bend, he runs a great company and employs great people with high standards and good morals who are friendly and polite. Great job. I do wish they had let me know that we could have had a permanent thermostat installed at the wall and not just had the portable thermostat to use. Otherwise really like the unit and already we see some savings on our electric power bill.

Greensavers is the type of company that stands out to us because of three specific reasons: 1) Very prompt response to intial request for assistance, followed with even more prompt installation of the units we ordered. 2) Genuine and knowledgable concern with the impacts of our lifestyle of the earth's environment. 3) Really nice people, including those in the "office" and those out in the field, especially the installers.

Water heater replaced in timely and efficient manner. Window installation was interrupted by incorrect measurements of gable end windows. All work carefully done.

As a senior woman and not knowledge about the installation I was very pleased they took time to explain was in and out in a short time. I am amazed at the difference in the garage. Wonderful people to work with and a honest company I highly recommend!!

Finally a contracting company in Central Oregon who shows up for all appointments AND gets the work done in a timely manner! We enjoyed working with this company and will be hiring them to do more work on our property
