GreenSavers - Bend

Last fall we worked with Green Savers to make our home more comfortable and to maximize savings on our energy bills. They were so kind, fun and professional to work with. They made what can be a confusing set of updates understandable, helped us prioritize how to maximize our budget and conducted the work on time and budget. We loved the experience so much we will work with them again soon to do more work on our home. I had the best experience and highly recommend them!

We had GreenSavers consult with us on the replacement of our 25 year old gas furnace and 12 year old electric water heater. They recommended installing a condensing gas furnace and replacing the water heater with a power vented gas model. The work occurred on the scheduled days and the quality of the installation was excellent. We're looking forward to the lower utility bills!!

I hired GreenSavers to do a home energy review and to implement their suggestion to add additional ventilation and insulation in our attic to keep our house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. This also took care of our problems associated with ice dams building up on our roof eaves. I contracted with GreenSavers to complete and energy assessment of my house. A number of things were identified that needed to be completed to make my home more energy efficient. I had them do half the work to assess the quality of the work completed. After I saw their attention to detail, I had them complete the rest of the project. Had a great experience with GreeSavers. Our house had gotten a bad ice-dam and GreenSavers came in and helped optimize the heat and air flow in our attic. Our furnace is in our attic so we really needed to create better air flow, patch up what was shotty initial ducts and vents. We also added a lot of insulation. Great job all around.

GreenSavers replaced two bathroom exhaust fans. The initial estimate was done and agreeable to us. The work was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. The workers covered our carpeting with tarps to minimize dust/dirt. The fans are working wonderfully. GreenSavers is a very professional company to work with, and we will definitely contact them again in the future for other needs.

The GreenSavers team is amazingly knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and reliable. We would recommend them 100 times over. After doing the initial audit, which was very educational and fun, we received GreenSavers' customized recommended scope of home improvements. After that, we obtained a comparative bid from another reputable contractor in the area, to do the same work. WE were a bit surprised and trhilled to find that GreenSavers' estimate to be equal if not slightly lower than the other bid. So it was a "no-brainer" to contract with GreenSavers given the added bonus of their sustainability mission, relationship with the Energy Trust of Oregon, and their special attention to detail and best-practices. We trust GreenSavers immensely, and we're grateful for their high-quality and affordable help in making our home comfortable and energy-efficient.

The HVAC installation went well after they brought out the correct outdoor unit. The window installation went well. We called them back after installation for some casements that didn't open well and the lead tech was here the next day. He fixed those windows and checked all the others. You can always get someone on the phone and they are helpful and courteous. The crew were careful, honest, wore masks in the house, and were very helpful.

A couple months ago GreenSavers installed a Rheem heat pump hot heater for us. They provided great consultation on selection, fast and excellent installation and a very fair price. We love that we not only have lots of hot water, but we have also reduced our electricity usage. We would definitely turn to them again for future needs.
