Precision Heat & Air

Russell is the owner on Precision Heat & Air and lied to me in my house to my face. I purchased a new home, and had the HVAC installed by Precision Heat & Air. The entire north of my house has zero air flow. The kid’s bathroom requires a space heater to heat the bathroom during the winter and is too hot during the summer. A house built in 2015 should not have issues with HVAC. He came to my house and said that he would fix the problem. After several months of call screening, he finally decided to speak to the builder and offer me a fix for $1,000 and ONE adjustment after. It should have been correct from the beginning. The condensation line is not leaking on the ceiling and the back of the house is STILL not fixed. Russell is a liar and should not be trusted. His technician said that the installation was done improperly. Russell and Precision Heat & Air should not be trusted!

The Precision Heat and Air Team goes above and beyond on their quality of workmanship. Seriously a 5-star installation every time.

Great service , honest people. Definitely a good experience despite it being a bad situation. I recommend them for sure!
