These people are completely unreliable and said there was nothing wrong with our ac despite it not cooling. I got a second opinion and an entire new unit was needed. Fidelity Home warranty made us go back to Precision and we waited around for several days for Precision to come back. The day of appointment they refused to come telling me there was nothing wrong. Long story short, it took me two weeks to get someone else to replace the ac unit. They are lazy and unreliable. Don't use them. Disappointed with Fidelity too.

I have been using this company in my home and business for years. They have always been fair and have gone over and beyond for my business. One time with our ductless system, the roofer was required to install the vent to maintain my warranty but they were not able to make it. The roofers kept blowing us off and eventually it was going to rain and precision came back and set up a temporary cover to prevent a leak. I have had other emergencies in the past where our a.c. went out and they fixed it on a Saturday.
Honest and professional service.

I was told the compressor was out on my A/C and it would cost me $2500. I almost had a heart attack. A friend said call Precision for a second opinion, so I did. Precision came out and found it was only a $40.00 part, a capacitor. My total bill was $128.10. My ac has been working great ever since. Thank goodness, these people really know AC and heating, they are the best!

First of all, I very seldom write reviews, but thought I would share my experience with this fantastic company. Albert aTechnician at Precision Heating & Cooling is so knowledgeable, polite and prompt. As well as Carmen who coordinates the work orders and promptly calls to schedule a service call. Highly recommend Precision Heating & Cooling, you will not be disappointed.

This is one of the BEST HVAC companies in the lower desert! But their INTEGRITY is what makes them stand above all. You will not get another company who is as HONEST as they are. I read some poor reviews about them relating with the customer’s homeowners warranty company. These people think that just because the units are not working, means they get a new one..... It doesn’t work that way!!!!!!! This is why I call them HONEST. Precision diagnoses the problem and fixes it. They take pride in doing QUALITY work without price gouging their customers. I had them at my house doing AC work far too many times when I lived in La Quinta and Palm Desert. They are RELIABLE and always GETS THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!

These guys came out and diagnosed the problem, and had me up and running. Two othe AC vendors Summit heating and air, and Hermetic AC both came out and we’re unable to find out why my AC would stop working in the peak of the day. And so I would have to turn it off and wait 3 hours in 99 degree heat for it to work again. Just plain lazy ness.

Terrible....First of the have nobody there to answer the phone...you have to leave voice mail after voicemail and pray they call you back...Voicemail says "If this is an emergency please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you...they don't!

Our tenant was in a hotel for 5 days until the issue was fixed...the were kind enough to "come fix it the same day the part arrived" ...never called to tell me "Ok the unit is ready to be occupied" So I left the tenant in the hotel one more night, I called the next day to get an update. Precision told me "We are sorry they could not fix it yesterday because our tech picked up the wrong part, he can be out tomorrow"

I said thank you and let the tenant know...
30 minutes late i get a call from precision saying "The AC was fixed yesterday"... I'm like "Then why didn't you call me to let me know and why did you just schedule for a second tech to come out and fix it again?!"

Now my tenant is back in her home...and guess what NO COOL AIR AND NO FAN!

I just left another voicemail...I hope they call me back ASAP...ugh

end of rant..I wish i could give negative stars....

Precision is the most fair priced company in the desert. They truly care about each customer's project whether it is small or big. They stand by their word. Thank you Precision!

Very poor customer service. They were late at every scheduled time. Furthermore, I was told today that my issue was not urgent when I had informed them that my a/c unit was not blowing cold air on a 106 deg day.

Precision did a wonderful job for my elderly neighbor who was ripped off by the previous air conditioning company. Thanks Guys!
