I called yesterday and had an appointment for 10-12 PM. They called at 12 PM and wanted to reschedule tomorrow. I told them that I had a flight at 6:15 PM, so that wouldn’t work. They said that the tech was running 1-2 hours behind as he was having difficulty with another job. Chris the tech showed up at 5:10 PM, and I mentioned that I only wanted the condensate line blown out, as my AC was running fine. He said that would take 20 minutes, and I said that I can’t as my flight boards at 5:35 PM. I told Chris that the dispatcher needs to under promise and over deliver. He said that another tech had a family emergency and his mother was in hospital. I wouldn’t care if my appointment was canceled at 12 PM, and explained the situation. Instead they strung me along to keep me home all day. I will definitely never use them again. There are plenty of other options. Not sure how many times mom has been in hospital, but wish her well.

I made the appointment after The General Air Conditioning stood me up for my appointment the previous week only calling stating they'd be late after my appointment time. I then called BEST and they were very kind and efficient. Reggie came out and did a thorough job with my unit and cleaned up afterwards. Great Service and communicated with me about the process. Very pleased with the service 🙂

Valley Plumbing was a lifesaver! Our elderly parents had a backup that had something to do with their garbage disposal. Matt came out within 1-2 hours on Memorial Day, and he fixed what was wrong, giving us a way to proceed (get a new Garbage Disposer) on the following day. He communicated the kinds of disposals we could use, he gave us an honest upfront price, and he was able to communicate with my elderly parents in a positive and thoughtful way! We will use Valley's Best again and again for our parents' plumbing needs. Awesome customer service and knowledge!

Emergency under-sink repair on a Sunday. Serviceman was prompt courteous and thorough. But charge was outrageous. The basic showing-up charge is 89 bucks. Fine. But then a repair with no additional parts needed that took less than an hour added 285 more dollars. And they charge ‘whatever’ by the job. Not an hourly labor rate. I was in a bind and needed it done but wow, I feel ripped off.

Valley's Best? I'm sorry but this is the Valley's Worst Plumbing, heating,and and air company out here. My mother who is a stroke patient and my two small children had to go without ac for 48 hours in this summer heat, due to a missed diagnosis on their part. I over paid and it caused my family and I financial hardship. Thankfully I was able to get a a heating and air company that has served the valley since 1985. They informed me of the fraudulent tactics that some of these new companies do especially overcharging for no service at all. Once I let this company know what they had done they did say they'd reimburse my money, Hopefully they do still waiting to see. They also said they were gonna blacklist My phone number so that I would no longer call them for services, that to me is so unprofessional and shows that they know exactly what they're doing. Instead of being a professional and being embarrassed of their work they Did not try To resolve the issue and make their customer feel safe. Which shows the immaturity of this company And fraudulent ways.

They were to add 7lbs of Freon but it’s still not chilling. Called them back to recheck their work.**UPDATE** They came back, same day, made a few adjustments. I was advised to let it run overnight and they would be back in the morning to reassess. Excellent customer service, excellent!!!

Reggie the technician did a good job (I think?) but I never got photos of the problem/fix (I am landlord who doesn't live in the unit.) I thought the charge of $518 for less than two hours and no parts required was excessive.

Ahhhh the house is cool again! Of course it happened during a holiday weekend but Valley's Best saved me today. Brandon answered the phone personally-no waiting for callback-and assured me someone would come today. Matt showed up on time, found the problem right away and was able to fix it. Nothing but the best from Valley's Best!

Evaporative cooler motor is burned out thousand dollars to replace it $89 for a service call Reggie was very professional and carefully inspected the system but I do think and $89 first time Service called is a bit excessive
