Highly recommend P&B! Steve is awesome! Our AC had a leak and we were out of AC for over 2 weeks in the middle of August with 115+ degree weather. Our home warranty company was taking forever to get the repair done and wanted to charge us an insane amount of money. My neighbor recommended us P&B, I called and Steve responded and scheduled the repair right away! His price was very reasonable, he was kind and professional, didn’t charge us for extra transportation costs, he was very thorough and clean with his work, and took the time to ensure that we had the correct diagnosis. He fixed our AC in less than 2 days, gave us a 10 year warranty on parts and 2 year on labor. Our AC has been running perfectly since the repair, it feels so awesome to have our AC back and running again, especially in this heat wave!! If you need someone who is honest and dedicated to providing high quality services, Steve is your guy!

Steve is one of the most honest and professional people you will ever meet! He repaired some things on our ac a few months ago and he does his best to educate the homeowner as well. He warned me that the breaker to my ac unit would most likely give out soon, and sure enough, between last night and today our ac unit wasn’t working like it should. I called Steve today and he was so incredibly kind to stop by and reset my breaker for me so I would at least have cold air tonight for my two young children and I. We will get our breaker replaced but we will most definitely be contacting his company to replace our entire AC system when the time comes.He is the fairest and kindest person you will meet in this profession. I will recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Steve!

steve did a great job. I had a new AC installed and a mini split. He was very professional and left the site clean. I feel his prices are very good for the amount of work he did.

Steve has been both professional and accommodating; the most recent example is when our newly installed AC unit, just over 7 months old; failed. PB mechanical is by far the best HVAC I have worked with. The owner, Steve did an inspection of my equipment, cleaned who knows how much dust and dirt out of my HVAC unit on my roof and ordered new filters for my house since I didn’t have the right one. He and his staff are courteous, respectful, and timely. They are always looking to educate and utilize what is present and cost effective for you, rather than trying to sell new equipment unless it is absolutely necessary. This company is like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Jerry was our service provider and he arrived early. He was so courteous and professional. He explained exactly what the problem was and repaired it quickly. The cost was very fair. We had a completely different issue come up today , April 25,2020 at 5:45. We called and left a message and Steve returned our call in 5 minutes. He walked us through some possible solutions and got our A/C working. We will have him out on Monday to give our system a good one over. If you need service please call this company, they are the BEST!!!!!

Steve, the owner/employee of PB Mechanical, is hands down the most honest, caring person around. I recently purchased an older home and had him come test the AC to make sure it was functioning properly. I went into the situation knowing I was about to be sold on something (because that’s how heating and air works.. we already know it’s expensive!). Wrong! Steve doesn’t try to push or sell you on products you don’t need. He truly tries to repair before replacing and makes sure you only pay for what’s necessary. If you’re looking for quality, honest service call PB. Will be using for regular matience because I know I can trust his experience and opinion.
