Master Service

Micheal diagnosed the problem. Josh and Julio did a great job installing our new HVAC unit. Tim explained our options. We will definitely use their services again.

Called about 7:30 this morning and they had a service tech out with a few minutes. Micheal had our 21 year old unit up and running within a couple hours. A very pleasant and professional person. Highly recommend Master Service.

Evan, Julio, and Josh came out the day after we lost our a/c and got a new one installed and running right away. This is our second unit replaced (both were over 20 years old) by Master Service, and I recommend them to everyone!

I spoke with my landlord at 8:50 p.m., and told him we were melting over here. Justin was here about 10:20 p.m. and had the a/c running by 11:00. He’ll be back in the morning with a fan blade and motor to complete the repair. Really happy we don’t have to sweat out the night! Thanks, Justin!

My 90 year old neighbor called this morning because her heater was making noise and she had to turn it off. The lady who took her call at this "24 hour business" told her the service people don't come in until 9--so I guess open 24 hours is not truthful.The service man came and told her she needed a new motor. If she wanted to pay an extra $100, he could get them to open, so he could get the part. Otherwise, it will be tomorrow morning. Disgusting way to do business with an elderly customer who has been doing business with you for years. Sharing with everyone I know.

We have used Master Service for years and have been very happy with their service throughout the years. Justin is polite and takes care to leave his work place in good condition.
