Brian's Heat and Air

Our ac went out suddenly today. It was 86* in the house almost instantly. I went to google n searched for a company to call. I called 4 and they all took my name n number and was going to have a representative call me back. I called Brian's Heat and Air and he said he had a svc call but assured me he would come by. He was here BEFORE any of the 4 i called previously called me back. He quickly diagnosed my problem, the fan motor.. he took the parts he needed with him and was back within THE HOUR!! Got it put back together and now we are cool again!! I will DEFINATELY call again for any future issues. Very quick and friendly and professional service. Very hard to find on a Saturday afternoon but Brian did NOT let me down!!

These guys are great! John came out and diagnosed my problem with my heater the day I called for service. I had to buy a part to fix the issue and he installed it the next day. I now have heat! Very reasonable, professional, and quick! I recommend them highly!

Mike was able to come within an hour of my call and spent six hours working on our air conditioning units. He even picked up additional parts and returned to finish the job today. Our church has found a great heat and air company to take care of our building!

we tried other heat and air guys in prior three years. they either asked us to replace the entire unit (costing us thousands of dollars) or they wanted to just charge our air conditioner with over priced fluid without actually fixing the leak problem. we just felt like no one really cared and we just had to do this every single year.

Brian was very upfront with the cost which was very fair and reasonable. In addition, he took the time to actually fix the leak before charging the fluid so that we would not have to have to repeat this process next summer.

I was having trouble with my air at the beginning of this 2016 Summer. Brian answered the phone immediately and said he could probably fit me in later that day. He said he would call 30 minutes prior to his availability. Later that night Brian's Heat & Air partner Mike called and came by. My outside unit was froze up and needed to thaw before he could attempt any repair. Both Mike and Brian returned the next day to check the inside condenser, thermostat, and air filters, as well as the outside unit. They were able to get me back up and running with no problems at all. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Brian’s heat and air is the 💣 bomb. I have used him many times over 15 years and he is always very courteous and professional. He has recharged and eventually replaced my ac unit and replaced my floor furnace my rent house. He even came in the middle of the night to my friends house in an emergency situation.

Brian and Brad came to our house and did a thorough servicing of our air conditioning. They found a freon leak that has troubled us for years and was never found by another big-name company here in Tulsa who used to service our HVAC. I appreciate a job well done! Thank you, guys!

I called about noon or so and Mike came right over. He fixed the relay problem by replacing the fuse, then put in a new motor on the fan outside. Mike explained everything. He was kind, curtious, and very explanatory with his work. I would definitely recommend Brian's Heat and Air to anyone needing to get something fixed efficiently and rapidly. Plus, I have a year guarantee of parts or problems, should it happen again. Thanks Mike, Brian has the right man with himon the job.

as a tradesman I find it hard to let people work on my house but Brian's heating and air did a phenomenal job. John and his help sorry I can't remember his name. They did a wonderful job very high quality work you can definitely tell they take pride in what I do. I will definitely continue to use them for years to come.
