Brian's Heat and Air

I chose to call Brian’s company based on reviews from recent customers. I’ve always had good experience hiring a contractor who does the work himself. Brian returned my phone call very quickly and scheduled an appointment the same day I called. He arrived at the time he said he would get here. Brian and Brad were able to diagnose the problem with my furnace, give me a quote, drive across Tulsa to the parts house, and get my heat back on the same day. His price for parts and labor are in line for the work he did. I am pleased with the service I received today and give Brian 5 Stars!

Brian was awesome. He is genuine and caring. He wants to help find the solution to the problem that you are having with you furnace or Air Conditioner. We switched to his company recently after having a different company do a no show on us. A problem that has taken months to get fixed was fixed in 48 hours. He also found other issues we had no idea were happening and we were able to have him fix those as well! I cannot say how thankful I am that we called him to come take a look at our furnace. I would highly recommend him and his guys for fixing any issues you are having with your Furnace or Air conditioner.

I have used Brian for a few Heat and AC repair jobs. He has replaced my blower motor and replaced my outdoor AC unit. He has always been very responsive and was able to work on both jobs the day I called him out. Got the work done quickly and at a good price.

My furnace went out on the coldest night so far in Tulsa, made a call to Brian's he told me that he would be here and he was. Brian has been out on different occasions to work on our heating and air. He always explains exactly what is going on and how he needs to fix it. He is very thorough and does a very good job. He actually came out in the middle of the night last summer to work on our AC unit. I would highly recommend Brian to our friends and family.

Recently I had an emergency on a Sunday evening regarding my heating unit, I call Brian's Heat and Air and requested service as soon as possible. Brian returned my call within in 20 minutes and was at my home within the hour. His service was professional, polite and the unit was fixed and working within an hour. After the job was completed he cleaned the area better than it was before he started. I was completely satisfied with his work and fees. We came home after 5 with our AC out. Brian was at our house within the hour and fixed our broken motor so quickly. We have used his services several times and he is always quick and SOOO affordable!

Great service, got a new whole house air conditioning unit installed, price was better than other quotes we had received in past. Turned a bad predicament into a positive. Able to work us in and worked late into evening. He was concerned about my 90 year old father not having air. Very knowledgeable and courteous.
