I have not done business or even heard of this company over the 20+ years I've lived in Tulsa but I'm sure glad I found them. I called the HVAC company I've been calling for years and they couldn't be here within 48 hours. I called Brian's Heat and Air and I Brian picked up the phone on the second ring. He asked me to call his Service Manager, John and he was at my hours within a couple of hours. $200 later I'm up an running.

Fantastic customer service and very reasonable pricing.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They came out and inspected our furnace and AC for a home warranty. They were easy to deal with and very polite. After they left our AC wouldn't turn back on (it's really REALLY old), Brian came back that same day (even though he had a dr appointment) and found that it was clogged. He cleaned out the lines and didn't charge me.

Our AC unit gave out on a 100 degree + day, making our house unbearable. We called Brian off of a friend's recommendation at 8pm. He was at our house by 8:30, diagnosed the issue as a bad motor, took the fan and motor back to his shop, fixed it, RETURNED THAT NIGHT, and had our AC up and running so we could actually sleep. No upcharging, and gave us a great price. I highly recommend, and will always call Brian with any issue in the future.

After a regularly scheduled maintenance with another Heat and Air Company our 34 year old unit suddenly stopped working. When they came out to look at what had happened they told us the unit was locking up and that we needed a brand new unit. I called Brian for a second opinion. He responded to me after regular business hours to set up an appointment. After examining the unit he replaced one part (the other company told us that parts were no longer made for our unit) and added some freon (which we were also told was no longer available for our kind of unit). Brian said that the unit looked solid and would last quiet awhile with the new part installed. Brian saved us around $2600 and a needless replacement of a perfectly functional unit. He is courteous and a problem solver. Use him.

I returned home from vacation to find a hot house with a broken air conditioning unit. I called Brain’s heat and air and he took my call right away (unlike other AC repair services). I expected to have to schedule an appointment for later in the week, but Brain came out to service my AC unit the same day!! Brian was polite and very informative. They promptly identified the problem, replaced the faulty part, topped off the unit with freon, and had my AC unit working again within 45 minutes. Due to the same day service, friendly and informative staff, I would highly recommend Brain’s Heat and Air to anyone with air conditioning problems.

My fiancé and I are so glad we found Brian’s Heat and Air. In the past we attempted to go through our horrible warranty company to get them to cover repairs for our unit, but it was always a hassle and they would end up not covering anything. This time when we were having trouble with our fan not wanting to turn off in our air handling unit (control board went out); we decided to avoid our warranty company. Brian had the best reviews on google and now I see why. He was able to set-up the appointment quickly, was on time, and quickly fixed our unit; I still couldn’t believe how quickly he was able to come over during the busy season for HVAC.

At first when I heard the bill from my fiancé who was there during the repairs, I thought it seemed a little high. So I messaged Brian asking if the price included warranty or if there was something involved that caused it to cost that much; we were burned by our warranty company in the past. To make us happy Brian really went out of his way and offered a great price; still offering us a warranty.

Great experience and now we have an AC that will turn off without requiring a breaker to be flipped.
