I called Jahmal & told him abt the problem, he came out on the same day w/o hesitation. He explained to me the problem & he fixed it the next morning. I was very pleased. I also used him before in the past so I remembered him & never had a problem again with my ac unit. I highly recommend him & will be using him again in the future.

He came out and gave an estimate and said he would be out that Friday. I called when he hadn't shown up and it was past the time he said he would be here. He told me I was mistaken and that it was next week that he would be here. Here it is a week later and hes well over 5 hours late and has not called, or texted. I have left a voicemail and a text and he has simply chose not to respond or show up. I'm spending less for someone with more experience anyways so I guess it's a win for me I just wish he hadn't wasted my time.

We called in for a diagnosis and received fast, quality service. Jahmal was very professional as he explained every detail of his process. He even provided maintenance tips to prevent near future issues! We will be using J&J for all our future HVAC needs.

AC went out in the summer due to a leak. Called Jahmal with J&J Heating and Air and he came out the same day to locate the problem. He refilled my refrigerant to hold me over due to it being so hot in my home and also installed a new AC unit the next day all for a very reasonable price. Business who shows they not only care about their work but also care about their customers! Will definitely be using J&J Hearing and Air if I have any problems in the future.

For wanting me to pay for his time he sure didn't respect my time. Having to be up during his working hours meant I couldn't sleep for my graveyard shifts. Which I would have happily done if he would have done the job instead of wasting my time money and energy.

It would be nice to have someone that can show up. You would think that for about $300 an hour and only about 2 hours of work he could have done the easiest part of the job and just shown up.

When I came home from vacation to a house that was 85 degrees, I called Jamal. He arrived within 1 hour (when other companies I called said it would be three days) and had my AC back up and running within 20 minutes. He was professional and efficient. I definitely recommend and will be using his services again (if I ever need to).
