Very prompt and quick service. Their staff is very helpful. Mrs. Petra was very polite when I asked about my equipment order. She was able to provide me with a status and called a few days after the installation to ask if everything was working okay. I surely will recommend J&J AC to my family and friends.

I have used them in the past. Technicians are great and professional. The problem is they're too busy, never answer the office phones, dont return calls, and don't show up to the prearranged times. If you are busy, thats fine, but be honest and say you cant take the job. Dont leave the customer waiting for 2 days just to not show up. I needed service again, and no shows!
