Brian's Heat and Air

Brian was great called him and he had someone at our house within in an hour on memorial day at 9:00!!!! GREAT prices and the a/c was up and running the next day. the only reason it took till then was because i had failed to do my routine cleaning of the a/c and he was nice enough to tell me that was my problem and that i could save some money if i did it myself! what honest guys! i would recommend to anyone!

Five years ago I first used Brian and rated his service as 5-stars and I wrote a glowing Google review. I have had to utilize his services twice since then, the last time being last Friday when I woke up to discover an emergency -- my 18-year old outside air conditioning unit for the upstairs had given up the ghost overnight, and my son, daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren were already on the road from Texas to visit for Father's Day weekend where they take over the entire upstairs 3 bedrooms. Talked to Brian at 8:30 a.m. and he was already on a service call. By a little after noon he and one of his employees were at my house . By 3 p.m. Brian had gone and obtained a new outside unit, installed it, made a modification in the attic main unit, and I could not have been happier and more relieved as it saved me from renting a motel room and the upstairs was cool again. As always, Brian's service was friendly, efficient and outstanding! You just cannot ask for any better or more prompt and friendly service. I just wish all service people had Brian's prompt service, knowledge and attitude.

Terrific guys! Very knowledgeable. Brian and Mike came out to replace a motor and quoted me significantly lower than other vendors. They did a great job and had my air conditioning up and running within 15 minutes. They were extremely honest and even gave me tips to help my system perform better. I highly recommend these fellas. Local and great!

When I was looking for an HVAC repair company, I was looking for someone with good Google reviews that didn’t look like they were paid for or coaxed into. Brian’s Heat and Air had the best reviews and now I see why after using him. He was quick, professional, and affordable. After the initial repair was done there ended up being one more little problem and he came back and fixed it quickly and at no charge. I cannot recommend him enough and I will continue to use him for all of our HVAC needs.

Mike came out to repair our AC unit this afternoon. Called ahead, showed up on time, and was friendly throughout the process despite working out in the heat! He got the unit up and running within an hour and was happy to explain the problems to me. Great job Mike!

I have been using Brian's Heat and Air for 2 to 3 years. I have found him to be very reliable, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. I'm thankful that I can make a quick call and generally within a short period of time he is able to take care of the problem. He has also taken care of a couple of other appliance problems for me. May not be his favorite thing to do but the willingness to get it done is appreciated. For quick, trustworthy, and reasonable heat and air needs give Brian a call.

Brian and Brad were very nice men. They know their job well. They get along great. They are a team. 3 other people have looked at my heater and not been able to fix it correctly. But Brad and Brian were able to get it going quickly. Thank you guys for all you do.God bless.

I've had good experiences with Brian before, and I changed this review back to five stars as I received a refund for Brian not being able to follow up on the repair since he was sick. Brian is good about trying a simple and affordable fix first and then coming back out if the problem persists

No idea how Brian got these positive reviews. He ripped me off. He pumped more freon than necessary into my AC and charged me a lot of money. Another technician I found was able to fix the issue. His price is less than half of what Brian charged! Stay away from Brain!!! Not an ethical guy.

We were not pleased with this company and would not recommend them to a family or friend. Nor would we ever use them again. We called them on a Friday and had no return call until Tuesday. To be fair, it was Memorial Day weekend, but I, too, have a business and would not leave a customer waiting for 3 days? We were also very unhappy because the price this company charged for a fan motor was twice the price that we could have purchased on our own. Also, the labor was four hours and if we had been able to do the work on our own, it would have been a two hour job. This is a rental and we live in another state, so was unable to do the work. In addition, after making a very good profit on this job, he attempted to charge $120 for freon. After strongly saying no, they did offer it for free. Nice jester, but still unhappy with the high price of fan and overcharge for labor. The great reviews on this site are mind boggling for us and unfornately, what we used to trust this business. Beware of good reviews!! As for the work, we are hoping the high price we paid was at least a good job. The jury still out on that?!!
