The company we rent our house from uses this business to do annual checks on the heat and air system in the house. The same tech had to come out twice in one week to check and then make repairs.The receptionist (Cheyenne)that calls and schedules is incredibly nice and helpful. Carlos is the tech and he is super friendly and communicated with us very well. The 2nd time he came out he called several hours in advance to let us know he didn’t need to come in the house so no one needed to be home. He didn’t want us wasting our day waiting for him to show up. This was very considerate and a relief since my kid needed to be dropped off and picked up for practice and we didn’t know if we would be here or not!

We were out of air conditioning for more than a week during the heat of the summer while waiting for a part from another company. We then called ASAP and they had the part in stock. They came out on a Saturday and fixed the air conditioner. ASAP was hundreds cheaper than the estimate from the other company. The technician, Todd, was excellent; courteous, professional, timely, and answered all questions. Office staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everything exceeded my expectations.

Installed a new Daiken 2-ton Mini-Split ductless room air & Heat system. Unit works good I was a little surprised that the unit does not seem to blow air as fast and hard as a regular 2 ton a/c system nor does it have replaceable filters (should have asked more questions) but overall seems to work good. Installation was quick only took one full day - ASAP was able to install the system two days after I approved the estimate. The unit comes with a remote control to operate the unit, the range of the transmitter does not have very good range, I noticed after the the installers left the remote was not working, I was about to call ASAP for service when I noticed if I moved the remote within about 3 feet of the inside unit it works. In reading the manual it appears that if the remote is close to any metal of sorts it reduces the range of the remote drastically, I wish the installers would have known this but I guess they cant know all the systems. I was also disappointed to learn after the installation that the outside unit did not have a guard on the back side protecting the outside coils, I called ASAP and was told that Daikin offered one but at an additional cost, Daiken only provided the guards on the backside on units around salt water, but the problem is a weed eater and or animals will damage the unit backside coils, so I will be making my on protective guard for the backside of the outside unit. Overall I am satisfied with the unit, haven't had the unit but just a couple of weeks and only using the A/C have not used the heat on the unit yet.

Spoke with Payton in regards to getting scheduled for a repair on my unit, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and was able to work around my limited availability. HVAC repair was very timely and well done, will absolutely be a returning customer!

Todd Parker was our technician. He did a fabulous job. We were in dire straits because our air conditioning went out on a Friday about 5:30 pm and we were scheduled to be on a plane at 6:30 Saturday morning. We did not want the cats to melt while we are gone. I called several places who claimed to have 24/7 service, but no one could come out until Tuesday. ASAPs receptionist took my information and then called me back in a few minutes to say Todd would be there in about 90 minutes. He showed as scheduled and had the unit running within the hour. Great service. Great price.

I called ASAP after hours on Friday, and Tim and his assistant were at my house at 8:30 am on Saturday. I was so happy to see them! They were very professional and spent all the time necessary to solve our AC issue. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable cost too. I highly recommend ASAP!!
