I had a pipe leak in my guest bathroom in the wall between my back bedrooms, Alejandro and Justin came through and discovered the leak so I could save a call and money calling on a leak detection company to come out. Today they repaired the pipe leak, walking me through the process and were very helpful and informative. I'm happy to be a Maintenance Plus member and to be able contact them whenever I have an issue because they take such great care of us.

Found techs to be exceptional and were able to solve my plumbing issues. They set up my water and sewer on my new mobile home. Only good things to say about the quality and service provided by all staff at Jack Nelson Service Specialist .

R. Ryan, Sam and Ryan did an excellent and thorough job here in our Columbus Neighborhood today. So far so great! The HVAC unit is as new as it looks and was a much needed installation after all these years at our home. Already cooling the house faster and better balanced throughout. We got a new Thermostat to go with it! Shout out to you guys! ☆☆☆☆☆/5 STARS

Highly do not recommend.. as a legacy member that was with Jack nelson for over 4 years GM has no respect for legacy members or honoring what our paperwork states. Instead of doing his job and being compassionate and helpful he told us to fax it in and that was it he was very short with us. Just an overall lack of customer service and Service.... Jack nelson supposedly just did a annual/seasonal maintenance and as you can tell from the pictures nothing has even been serviced..... Talk about a waste of a membership and fee's..... do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

I called Jack Nelson to come out and check my all in one A/C Heater 08/06/21. With in an hour they came out to check the unit. Casey (field supervisor) and Russell (Sales) were informative, pros and cons to repair or replace the unit. I came to the conclusion for many reasons that replacing the unit would be best fit. As they made the process seamless from start to finish. 08/10/21 my house has a new unit! The house is COOL in our wonderful 🔥 Oklahoma weather. Russell and service techs showed up took out and installed the unit in 6 hours. I also have 10 years of service and repair of the unit. This company is professional from start to finish. I recommend them 100%. I am not one to leave a review, but they are deserving of this review.

I paid a year in advance for their service they Never came back, straight up theft in my opinion. I received the initial inspection. Yet they keep calling me trying to get me to do more business with them. Each and every time I tell them they stole from me, not once did they offer a refund, or some way to make it right. Each time they state "oh ok well let me take you off the call list"....... then call again. My experience with these people is they are a MONEY COLLECTION COMPANY.

DeAndre was my tech who came out. He called me to let me know he was on his way and he did arrive about the time he said he would and within the service window that I had been given. He performed a tune-up to my furnace. He explained everything he was doing and anything that he found. He pointed out a couple of areas that may not last much longer. There was no pressure to buy or repair anything. Since I was a new customer he explained the advantages of their maintenance program. I greatly appreciated his customer service.

We have been with Jack Nelson for 18+ years. Ryan and Oryan were absolutely amazing! They were very dedicated to their performance and customer service. First class experience. Highly recommend for all their services!!

We had Jaya come out for our annual HVAC tune up. She was extremely professional and transparent. Our unit is over 20 years old so I appreciated her ability to be honest with me and let me know what all they offered while at the same time not being “sales-y” at all. Will continue to use Jack Nelson for services for the foreseeable future!

Jaya and Maya were my technicians and they were awesome. They were thorough and very knowledgeable. Extremely polite as well. Two thumbs up.
