John Berry went above the rest for us. We had been dealing with 1-800 grainger for over two weeks to being sent to ingrasoll and then still getting no where with the compressor we bought that was not working from day one. He took the time making calls and to find out he was dealing with the same issues I was having. So he replaced the air compressor out for us.

Unfortunately, it will only allow me to give 5 stars and they definitely deserve far more than that!
My business has been a customer for several years now and the staff is always friendly and sincere.

But I want to take this moment to recognize Randy Frost, the manager.
I bought an expensive piece of equipment and had problems after problems with it from the start. It all boiled down to a design flaw. I returned it and made the promise that if I considered purchasing the same equipment I would buy Grainger.

After some time, I decided to give that same piece of equipment another try. Again, I ran into the same problem with faulty design. Not the fault of Grainger. I did however come up with a solution to fix the design flaw and shared it with Randy.

I can tell you that Randy has bent over backwards to assist me in this and I am forever grateful for his service and his sincerity in making a customer and keeping a customer! Randy's the best!

And again, the whole staff at the Pine street location are to be commended on their customer service, knowledge and sincerity in making the customer feel appreciated and their needs important and met!
