Dalton and his crew arrive on time and even got the job done ahead of schedule! He as well as his crew were very professional. Each of them greeted me with a smile and warmly introduced himself. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and that I appreciated. Dalton, thank you so much for the install of our new unit and I will refer this company to anyone in need of heating and air repairs or replacement!

We called ASAP as we needed a company that specifically works with Lennox systems. We had already been to two different companies before we called ASAP. They were able to come out the next day and had our system back up and running that day. Other companies had told us it could be 2-4 months to get parts or that the cost was double what it ended up being with ASAP. The gentleman (Nathan Shields) that did our repair communicated to us throughout the entire process, but most impressively worked until he completed the job, which end up being later in the evening. We truly appreciated his professional and work ethic to make sure the job was done and done correctly. We also found ASAP to have honest and fair pricing. We have definitely found the company that we will be using for all our future needs!

We call the technician to clean the A/C, it was working good, it was only for prevention and now the A/C is not cooling and he said there is something we have to fix and the quote is for $900. This isn’t right.
Last year we had a great experience with another tech from this company and that is why we call them again, but I just think this tech is not doing his job properly.

Kasey was AMAZING. My elderly father was there. He has worked with heating and air for 58 years. His mind is sharp, but physically can’t do much anymore. Kasey treated my dad with full respect and spent time talking with dad about his passion. It mean’t a lot to me and my dad. Thank you Kasey! You ROCK! PLUS I had a nice cool house by that afternoon. 😃

First let me start with the lady who answers the phone and/or sets the appointments. What a pleasant person to speak with.

Problem - 7 year old thermostat died.

I called my furnace installation company who installed the thermostat and they charged me $100 just to come out, then told me my thermostat that was state of the art just 7 years ago is no longer made and the replacement is a cool GRAND! Holy… I asked for a simple thermostat, they offered me $500. I turned them down.
The next morning, a Friday, I called ASAP and spoke to a salesman and told him exactly what I needed and he told me he had one to do it for $189! My man! I scheduled the call with the nice lady for that afternoon. She then called me back saying they had a cancellation because of the rain and could come in the morning. Perfect!
Sean the technician showed up and went to work, my outside unit is old and my inside unit is only 7, so this was not without it’s challenges. Sean and another tech worked, in the rain, that afternoon and were unable to get my odd system completely operational but gave me an operating system until they could come back Monday morning. He came back on Monday, first call and with both our heads clear now, we discussed the issues and came to a plan to move forward. In an hour or so he was done and everything is great!
I can’t say enough about Sean and ASAP! What was best for the customer was clearly evident in their approach and it wasn’t to relieve me of as much of my money as they could grift from me.

They will be my first call on my next HVAC adventure.

Casey did a great job. Very Professional and very knowledgeable. Told me the problem and explained why. Gave me repair options in great detail and repaired AC pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Sean was great at explaining everything that was going on with my system and what he needed to do to get it back up and running. He even talked about replacement costs because it is about time to do that. I will not call anyone else besides ASAP for heating and air needs!

ASAP has been great to work with. Nick was very professional and explained in great detail what work he was going to do, and why any repairs needed to be done. They also provided a very detailed report on the system checks performed and how the current system is performing. A refreshing and much appreciated approach.

I called ASAP Heating & Air to check my furnace. They sent Nathan Shields tech. He gave an estimate for $ 814 to rebuild drain line. I was ready for that expense I waited until I got the money. I called last week for him to come back and do the job. At that I was required for him to call me back so I would tell him what second opinion mentioned. I called twice I never heard anything from him. When he came this morning he said he didn’t see the problem he would call his manager for ideas. I was here never go anywhere. The manager never showed up and he tried to convince that the manager was. When I questioned about additional technician that I have a charge in the estimate for $ 99. He replied the technician was here he helped and left. I was here sitting next to the garage where to go to the attic to do the job. When I realized Nathan is not honest with his words. I had to cancel.

ASAP tech Kasey was friendly, professional & understanding of my air conditioning issue. I paid for a whole new unit. So far so good. What I loved, ASAP took care of the disposal of my old broken a/c unit. ASAP came out to my home, ASAP, like their name. I called in the morning and they came out in the afternoon. I loved that Kasey wore a face mask, it made me feel safe.
