Hugo was very detailed and explained things along the way. Both guys were clean and professional, and were very courteous.

Kasey came out because heating unit would not come on. He called before arrival and was very prompt. He checked out system, main gas line to unit was off. System up and running within minutes . Great service.

I was blown away by this company and my sales guy, JC. He was able to come out to my home on a Saturday and sat with me and answered all of my questions with so much patience. My AC was not repairable and had no clue about HVAC systems and he explained everything in the best way. Not only did he do that, but he was able to get 2 window units into my home that same day while I waited for my install date. So professional and very high quality work. I would recommend over and over again!

Justin and Choua installed a new AC system for us. They did a great job. Everything looks good and works nicely. They took the time to widen the return for better airflow and moved the outside system away from the dryer vent to prevent overheating and lint contamination. Working with Vanessa for scheduling was prompt and professional as well.

We needed to have the heat discharge checked as we were noticing a large fluctuation between different rooms within our home. Techs came in and checked things out and made several tweaks to air flow and hopefully things improve.

He was fantastic! Kept me informed, did a good job, & seemed to be empathetic towards us.

The technician did an incredible job! But I was supposed to receive a call between the hours of eight and noon so that I could be told more specifically when the technician would arrive. I did not receive that call, and suddenly I had four or five incoming calls from the company. I called them back and they said if we don't hear from you within 15 minutes that we are moving onto the next customer. This is a total disrespect to the customer. To wait and wait and then suddenly be told that if they don't hear from you immediately you're going to lose your appointment. I'm in the middle of remodeling a condo and a hundred things on at once. They should have been the contacting me! If it hadn't been for the great job the technician did I would not deal with this company. I have a one year service agreement, but most likely won't use them the next.

While the initial technician that came to my house was professional and pleasant, my continued interaction with ASAP did not go well. During the first visit, it was decided that I would replace my A/C unit. I accepted the quote and awaited the scheduling of this work. When the technician arrived to do the installation, he was under the mistaken impression he was there to provide a quote. Not sure what happened at the office to mess that up. The technician said he would be back after gathering the items needed. 2 hours later, I called the office and asked for him to not return that day (it was after 4pm) but come the next day. That was agreed to.

The next day, the work was completed. However, the technician and his helper destroyed my 6 pepper plants and 4 rhubarb plants. They trampled them and then when I let them know what they had done, they indicated they hadn't seen the plants. They were all at least 18 inches tall and right where they were working. I called the office and sent pictures. The office indicated I would hear back, and I did not.

The next day, I found that they also left my attic access door off and had put trash in the bed of my truck.

While my A/C is installed and cooling, the professionalism of the technician and his helper, and subsequently the office staff, leaves much to be desired.

We had an excellent experience with ASAP Heating and Air. Their technicians are extremely helpful and professional. They were on time to all of their appointments, and completed their work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and will use them again in the future.
