    I needed to replace a low end system that was leaking refrigerant and these guys didn’t just come in $1000s lower on a higher quality system than the competition offered me but also weeks quicker on the install. True pros who corrected an ugly install from a previous company to a professional looking install that looks much nicer. Everyone I dealt with (Becky, Jason, Patrick & Bryson) were very nice and focused on getting the work done quickly and cleanly instead of taking calls and cutting corners. As a homeowner, I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THAT!!! My sweat glands can’t thank em enough!

    Patrick came out this afternoon, did some diagnostic testing, found and corrected the problem quickly, and had my unit up and running in no time. In addition, he gave me some handy tips for better care of this OLD A/C unit so that I can get a few more years out of her before replacement is necessary. Excellent work!

    I called to have my system looked at expecting to have an appointment scheduled. They were on their way a few minutes later. We thought it was the fan motor and upon disassembly they spotted a wiring issue. They let me know it should solve our problem and save us money. I truly appreciate their integrity and how quickly they showed up. Thank you!!

    The first few times we called with problems, they were good. Then we called when my MIL AC went out on Aug 26. They came out and said she needed a new fan. They charged $95 for the service call. They said they would order the part and let us now when it came in. A month went by. I called to check. Becky in the office said she would contact the technician and get right back to me. She never called. I tried to call in a few days and their phone said it could not accept any more messages. It said the same for several days. So, I sent an email. They never responded. Meanwhile it is over 100 degrees outside and my 70 year old Mother in law has no AC. So, when I was in town I went by their address. It was now September 21. Becky said she had not received any messages or emails. Even if that was so, why didn't they call me? She acted like I had done something wrong. She said she would have a technician call me. They never did. We called a different business to fix the AC. Today is Oct 20, I still have not heard from them and it was the worst experience and a waste of $95.

    Excellent respectful service. Quick reply back even when I called at lunch time I received a text letting me know I'd get a call back. Service tech showed up with quick knowledge nit wasting time when he had all the information to let him know what was wrong and where to look. Not many companies like this anymore so glad they are close by.

    Patrick and his son made a last minute call on their way home to check a leak in our ceiling. Found a poorly installed condensation pipe that was hidden by insulation in the attic. They removed wet insulation, sopped up the water and advised we needed to put a fan on the wet sheet rock. He then went home 15 minutes away, retrieved his own high powered fan and returned and set it up to dry out the water. Also, they offered to help move any furniture that might get damaged if the ceiling fell. Parts were ordered and they installed the proper size pipe and bigger drain pan.
    Very grateful for the fastest, most helpful and professional job done. Above and beyond a typical service call. They treated us like a neighbor, not just a job call. Truly, the company gives service with heart!

    Replaced bad 4 ton Carrier compressor and contact box at one home and performed maitenance on second home with Rheem 4 ton heat pump. Have 2 homes and 2 systems. They are friendly, professional and very sharp. Would highly recommend.

    A/c went down in the summer, our warranty svc was not available in a timely manner. A/C doctors came out next day and fixed it. Will only use them!
