Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Advantage was very professional with handling my case. Upon discovering my issue would require the services of an electrician, all I was charged for was the diagnosis. I have used Advantage before and plan to do so again.

$500 to snake out a drain. 30 minutes of work. THEIR PRICES ARE ABSURD.

the only positive was the receptionist, and that a tech was able to come out same day. I was told the tech would be out after lunch, he didn't get to my house until after 4pm. He was supposed to diagnose the issue, then let me know price before doing anything. He went straight to my outside unit hooked it up, and then started working putting Refrigerant in my unit. He then tells me I owe over $300, I emailed and informed them that I was not given a quote like I was promised and that the issue wasn't fixed i was given a military discount due to my husband being a veteran which I still owed close to $300. So I ended up having to pay for a $300 bandaid, and have to pay another company to come out and tell me what's wrong with my ac unit since the tech didn't do anything but put Refrigerant in. There is more wrong with my ac then that, and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The techs were friendly and helpful, and they made a return visit to make sure things were working correctly and explain why the system was struggling to keep up with the heat. Great team.

Advantage has done a number of jobs for us over the past 4 years. They always do good work, show up when expected and are professional throughout the job.

Like any good plumbing company they are busy and you have to wait.
I have used Advantage for 3 jobs now and have been bery pleased with their associates from the lady who answers the phone to the one that comes to the door. Professional, efficient, skilled and knowledgeable. They communicate with you very well and can get the job done right.

These folks are the best! They responded to our call in record time, and quickly diagnosed our "suddenly heated kitchen floor," found our leak and fixed it in the same day! The technicians were polite, professional, and great characters! The prices are fair and reasonable. I will be going to them with any future problems we have with our house!
