Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Do not use this company, they charge an exorbitant amount just to run a snake up a line $200 an hour. Enter your property without telling you, and leave the gate wide open when leaving, twice. and do not pick up trash. Never tell you what job they completed nor do they complete the job. Left the hole open and expects the homeowner to fill or cover it. When call and ask why, I called three times. No one is available and they don't take it seriously. The boss said the Third time I called he would take care of it. Been almost a month and still has not been corrected. Do yourself a favor and do not even call this company.

The only people I trust for plumbing and HVAC needs! They are honest, work hard and have even stayed late on a Friday night for us to have cool air in the summer. They always get us in quick and offer a military discount.

I had a gas leak leading to my cook stove. They needed to replace a couple of items and actually needed to make two trips to get it done. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. I would definitely use again.

Austin arrived on time was very professional...he diagnosed the problem and begin working to repair. He was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. Even took a video to show me my unit was functioning correctly. I recommend this company for your repairs.

They overcharged me and won't return my calls about being overcharged. Reading some other reviews I'm not the only one complaining. Looks like a pattern of poor communication at best and taking advantage of people at worst. To not even talk to me .... well I think that says alot. I won't be using them again even though I had planned to before I got shafted on the bill.

My pipe busted on Christmas Eve and they picked up the phone and were there in 2 hours. They did an excellent job and the support after the fact was outstanding. I would highly recommend.

We had 2 safety bars installed in our bathroom they did an awesome job. And they also ran new line to our refrigerator and found leak in toilet.

This is the first time we have had AC issues at our house. I called Advantage, and less than 24 hours later, a technician was at our house. The employee was extremely nice and talked me through each process and procedure he was going to perform. Before he ever did anything, he asked me if I was okay with that, and told me the price that it would cost.

Within an hour, he had figured out the problem, and fixed it. I am extremely happy with the service I was provided with!

The technician from Advantage was very knowledgeable and friendly. He solved plumbing problems that my house had and no one else did before. He did everything in a very good time and with excellent results. I’ll have no doubt to call Advantage again if I ever need.

Tech was on time and found the issue with the outside unit pretty quick.
I appreciated his patience in explaining the short and long-term
issues I was dealing with and gave options to consider going forward.

A/C and furnace install went well, definitely better than 20+ year old original units!
Thoughtful and professional crew. My garage floor looked better than when they arrived.
