One younger guy, probably the new hire was quick to help me in my search for parts. While I was still asking questions the "old stud" behind the desk hollers out "WE AREN'T ELECTRICIANS!" -apparently tired of the associate helping me. I will draw up signs for the counter stating just that for future customers for you."

Would leave zero stars if that was possible. The workers I came across in there were incredibly rude and racist.

Very helpful. Needed to fix a leaky faucet and didn’t really know what I was doing other than a 5 minute YouTube video. Coached me up quick and sold me the right part.

Great service and they have the things you expect them to have and the hard things to find also!

Locke almost always has what we need...and, their prices have been better than the other local supply stores.

Nice service people that are knowledgeable and helpful. They have given me some good advice. If it's not in stock they'll order it for you.

These guys need to catch up with the 21st century.
It takes ages for the salesman on the counter to input the item numbers on his computer to see prices of the items!
Also, they do not communicate properly when it comes to deliveries - they will come early and not call you like instructed!

Had to pick up an AC capacitor. Friendly, knowledgeable staff gave me a choice of American or Chinese made. American please! Good price too.

Had great phone support, other local Air companies require licensesing . Great parts at great prices. Definitely call...
