Advantage Plumbing Heating and Cooling

Our heating system was having issues. The blower would kick on, go for a few seconds before firing up correctly. Eric with Advantage PHC worked on it, and found the computer chip that runs the thermostat and fires off the blower was shorted out. Someone drove to Tulsa to pickup the chip board to make sure it was the right one, so we could have it fixed the next day. Friendly people, great service from the office to the techs. They call and let you know what they are doing and when they will be there. Best service we had in years. The cost was very reasonable.I highly recommend them.

I called Advantage on July 9th to make repairs on my HVAC unit that had quit cooling my house. The technician arrived and said that I had a small leak but didn't know where. He put two pounds of Freon in and said I would need to schedule a time in the fall to look for the leak. He charged me $400.00 for the service call and the Freon. On Thursday, July 27th, my air conditioner stopped cooling my house again. I called Advantage and spoke with a receptionist and told her about my problem. She pulled me up on her computer and said that the previous technician had stated I had a small leak and that he had put in two pounds of Freon and I was supposed to schedule a service call in the fall to find the leak. I told the receptionist that I needed someone out today because my house was at 80 degrees and going up. She told me she had to speak with a supervisor and put me on hold. When she came back to the phone she said her supervisor told her it would be Monday before repairs could be done. "Monday"!!! are you kidding me? I just paid $400.00 for someone to come out and put two pounds of Freon in my unit less than two weeks ago and now I have to wait four days in 100 degree temperatures before you can get back to fix what you should have fixed on the first service call? I told the receptionist that I would find another company to fix my unit and wouldn't do business with them again. Take my advice, there are many other companies in Stillwater that offer HVAC repair, call them first!

They installed a new shower head in master bathroom.
Unfortunately only part of it works. On the toilet, they installed a new flapper, but the toilet is still not working properly. Not good result’s. The guys were very professional etc. But did not complete their mission! Also, resend me the invoice again.

They had someone out the same day that I called. I was so impressed with the quickness and professionalism I received. They resolved all of my issues. I couldn’t have been happier with the service!

We had sewer backing up at the parsonage of our small Church. On September 8th we had technicians come out to take care of the problem. I had dug up the area to be worked on and had removed some tree roots. Along with the work, we had a clean out tee installed on the 4-in pipe. Total cost on installing the cleanout T and assorted Parts was 854.44. Total service was much more. When I called Kevin to question these charges, I was told that the T was 2 hours of labor plus parts. Other work remains to be done on the sewer line, however Roots remained in the line approximately 3 ft from where the work was done. The drainage clogged the next morning. I came out broke the line open and took out two more foot of roots. Drain now flows very well. I would not have done this review except that I felt that I let my church down by this type of pricing. You decide.

From my first frantic call, the team at Advantage Plumbing and Heating were kind, professional, and responsive while never pushy. I very much felt like I was being taken care of and it was a great experience. I will absolutely use them again!

The guys who came and installed my heart and air system were friendly and professional! They got everything done in one day at a great price. Very happy with the work😁

I called this business to come take a look at my leaking pipe to have them repair it and on the day they were to arrive they showed up late and then once they were here they were shown where the leak was at only for them to take pics of the problem and said they would be back with an estimate. A few hours went by and still they didn't come back so I called them and found out they weren't going to be back that day. Come to find out they tell me it can take up to seven business days to get an estimate figured up.... or so that's what they told me. It has been well past seven business days and I still have not heard back from them all the while I still have a leaking pipe with water in my floor and going down my wall. Worst experience that I have ever had dealing with a plumber! I even have called them back since then and the guy who answered the phone got snippy with me and told me he could mark me as an urgent matter and have someone call me back and asked me what was a good number to call me back on so I told him my number AGAIN and I still have not heard from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BUSINESS! I wouldn't have given them a one star if that was a choice I could make.

Jarod was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions. He was also very knowledgeable about my heating unit. Wonderful business with great service! I highly recommend them!

Advantage has always been great. Have used them 3 times. Wish they could have gotten to us faster but gave me advice over the phone which fixed my immediate issue, then came to completely check our AC system and trouble shoot what caused our AC to not work properly, then made recommendations and some changes that would help our system work properly.
