Eklund Heat & Air, LLC

I have been pleased with Eklund Heat & Air since starting with them just this year. My wife started using them at her office in Owasso and was pleased and at the same time i was looking for a new HVAC provider for maintenance for our rental homes as well as our primary home. They embrace technologies to both refine their findings on the HVAC systems but also to really enhance the client experience. Very happy and competitively priced. Great value!

We've used Eklund for years now, on our personal home, rent home, and our business. Their prices are fair but they do a great job. They're always very up front and honest. If they say something needs fixed or replaced, you know it really does. No unnecessary or bogus repair suggestions. Going with Eklund is the right choice!

I called about my HVAC unit this morning. William told me he would have someone out there in about an hour and Nathan showed up in about that time. Nathan was very professional, courteous and explained everything very well. He confirmed what I had already found, that my compressor was shorted to ground. They gave me a great deal , Great service and maybe the best experience I've had with service technical people. I highly recommend Eklund heating and air as well as Nathan.

Our AC unit had been serviced previously by two different service providers in the Owasso area, but neither fixed the unit...basically just took our money. We called Eklund and were very pleased with them. Nathan seemed very knowledgeable and would explain exactly what was going on, even texting me pics of the issues so I could see what he was talking about. He was very honest and up front and the AC is finally fixed! We will definitely use Eklund from now on.

We have had Eklund out twice to repair out heat and air. Both times, Nathan Pawley has been our repairman. He does a great job explaining our problem and fixing it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them for any repair that is needed.

Woke up to no heat in the home. Wife instantly got on Facebook, and asked for suggestions. Several people replied back "Eklund Heat & Air". Gave them a call and in a couple of hours Nathan arrived. I explained what was going on with the heat, told Nathan about my attempt for the quick fix, thermostat.(which didn't work at all) Nathan checked my work and even said I did a good job. (pat myself on the back) Showed Nathan where the heater was, as Nathan worked he explained everything he was doing as he did it. In about 10 minutes he found the issue. Gave us the estimate, left to get the part and in no time had us back up and running. Nathan tested everything and said we were good to go. If we have any issues down the road, I know who I'll call.

David Jenkins was very personable and asked to see the TRR and sellers showed the pictures of the request from the home inspector. David made sure he had a clear understanding of the problem so he could give the sellers a simple solution. He elevated the pipe and put brackets to secure the pipe so that it had a slope to prevent any backup. He was simple and quick. Communicated to David that the buyer was a single parent and he went the extra mile to get pictures of the finished work for the re-inspection to satisfy the concerns of the buyer.

Nate did the best job on our furnace tune up and cleaning today. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. This was my first time using Eklund and very impressed. Deffinitly will use for all future heat and air issues.

Great company. David our technician was very knowledgeable! He explained everything in a way I could understand. Answered all my questions. Very polite, professional, and patient with me. Great guy. I feel like he went above and beyond. I know it sucks working in an attic when it’s 100+ outside but he did it with a great attitude. Will definitely use again and recommend.
