I've used Eklund Heat & Air for both new system installation and repair service. In both instances the response was quick, the service quality good and the pricing very reasonable. At no time did I feel like we were being taken advantage of even though we were in need during the peak times of the year. Would not hesitate to call on William Eklund again.

The tech, Kayne, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He notified us when enroute and was punctual. Diagnosed our problem and was able to make quick run to the shop to get the part needed to fix the air-conditioner. He also serviced both units. We would highly recommend Eklund for heating and air needs.

Nathan is a highly capable technician. He went above and beyond to make sure my heater was safe for my family. He and I discussed every test he was going to perform and why. We discussed the detailed results of the tests vs the normally expected values. We also discussed some alternatives for future improvements for my system. I can tell Nathan has read over many, many equipment technical manuals, so you can be sure that your equipment will be installed, adjusted, or diagnosed correctly. Do not let Nathan's young age decieve you - it will be apparent to you that he has been fully dedicated to this field and has already achieved advanced levels of experience. It is highly likely that I will have Nathan working on my equipment from this point forward.
