Called to have someone come out and give a quote, was given an appt. time between 11 and 1. Nathan Pawley called and said he was on his way he arrived before the given time, which was even better. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was doing and what needed to be done.

Had Nathan and Hugo out today to look at one of our units that had stopped cooling. They spent a great deal of time going over the issues, explaining the different options for repair, and allowing us to choose which level of repair work we were comfortable with to get our unit back up and running again. They were very courteous, professional, competent, and respectful of our situation. They were honest and upfront about what they needed to do and why, including associated costs. Would definitely recommend them for repair work on your HVAC!

I have used Eklund three times now. Most recent was David and found the issue right away. All three times they have been quick to show up and had great service each time.

Nathan came out today and did an excellent job repairing my upstairs AC unit and conducting maintenance on that same unit. He also helped schedule maintenance for my main AC unit. Service was on-time, professional and affordable. This is a local family owned company that I would highly recommend to others.

Nathan and Hugo came out to our rental house and we’re able to fix our A/C that had been out for 5 days! They worked tirelessly trying to find the issue which caused them to work 2 hours over their scheduled time, they were extremely patient with the fix and professional. Great service.

My air conditioner was in need of an inspection and servicing. I am glad I did my research and chose Eklund for the job. From the appointment setting to the follow-up, I was impressed with the level of efficient professionalism I received. I liked that they sent me a text with a picture and short bio on who was coming to work on my air conditioner. David and Enrique were excellent to work with, and they were not only on time but thorough. All things that needed fixing, and any additional services were agreed upon after I received a detailed, non-aggressive explanation of the issues. I was able to tell a major difference even before they left. I feel like I have a brand new air conditioner! I even had to raise the thermostat quite a bit from where I had it, because it was now too cold in the house. I am looking forward to seeing the difference in my bills the next few months, and I am also looking forward to Eklund servicing my heater in the fall. I have used Eklund Heat & Air for over 10 years now. A coworker recommended them to me when Will was just starting his business. They have always done a Great job for me at all 3 of my properties over the years. Will and all his employees are very polite, friendly and professional. They are the only ones I call for heat & air service. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heat & air service.

Every time Eklund comes out they have been extremely helpful. Nathan Pawley their service technician has come on two occasions. Every time he’s been very knowledgeable and got my problems resolved promptly. I’m now all set to have a cool AC problem free summer!

Our AC wasn’t working so we called Eklund Heating and Air hoping to get it fixed this week. Nathan came to our home a couple hours after our phone call and was able to quickly fix it! Nathan was great! He was polite and provided a great service including some education on how we can better maintain our AC units. Nathan has our business from this point on! Thank you!
