The tech, Nathan, was extremely knowledgeable and explained my issues and potential solutions. Both he and his trainee, Hugo, were very polite and courteous. They worked quickly and answered all my questions.

Not only did Eklund, William do a great job but everyone I dealt with was very personable and friendly. I have a pretty advanced system and they have been available any time I had a question. William even came out to show me how to clean out the air filters...twice! Price was way more affordable for the system I wanted then anyone else and there are other companies I have never heard back from. You won't be disappointed.

Eklund has done a lot of work for me at both my residence, which has 3 hvac units, and my rent houses. They were referred to me by a real estate professional and I have been entirely happy with their work. William is always quick to answer and get a technician to work on my problems, and his prices are fair and well explained. They use a high tech system of billing using iPads, and it is a quick and easy process to pay. We replaced a complete system a few years ago and they did excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am happy to recommend Eklund Heat & Air to my friends.

I highly recommend. My central air went out, I called them and they were here the same day right on time. They are a pretty slick company, the dispatch process is very top notch. They gave me a quote for the work to be done and parts to be replaced and that's exactly what I paid when the work was finished. The technician even went above and beyond the scope of work in my opinion. Labor cost was a good deal and I got the vibe they thoroughly enjoy helping people.

I called them out to tackle a weird, long, and complicated dryer vent cleaning situation. They arrived early and got stuck right in on the job. 45 minutes later everythgin was done, they cleaned up everything like thye were never there, and even charged only the standard price even though it was a complicated job. These guys are a class act and I will be sure to use them in the future.

From calling Eklund at 7:45 am until my furnace was repaired at 2:15 pm this company was excellent from start to finish. David, my technician, was very nice and very knowledgeable. Will recommend and use whenever I have a heating or A/C problem.

Oh, and the wifi thermostat was so perfect for me as I recently fractured my hip hence I'm not so mobile and the app allowed me to change the temperature from where I was seated. :)

We had an AC system go down in a rental property on the hottest weekend of the year. Tenant was inconvenienced and the weekend was bleak. We call Eklund Heat & Air on Friday and by Monday morning Will had a system sourced (during Pandemic pandemonium) and was ready for the install. The tenant gave them 5 stars and so do we!
