I called them late Wednesday night. Matt came out within 30minutes. Diagnosed problem and fixed very quickly. Very good service and excellent performance! Matt is the best! Good hire EDCO! We were without hot water for 4 days before I found them. Thank God they were available when we needed them.

Last March, we hired Edco plumbing to cap a gas line in our attic due to a leak in our fireplace. He came out and did the job. Fast forward to last week- our AC has been acting up and after repairing some parts, it still wasn’t keeping up right. The heat and air guy came out and looked around and asked if someone had done any work on our fireplace. We said yes last March. He informed us that whoever had called the gas line, also cut a hole in our plenum. So our AC has been sucking in hot attic air and trying to cool it. We called edco plumbing and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending, saying that they would never cut into a plenum. Due to the location of the gas line they capped, and the hole in the plenum, it’s pretty obvious that it was done. We emailed them photos and asked for an explanation. None was given. We asked them to just come out to the house and show us how they accessed the gas line without making the hole- nope. They don’t have time to do that unless we want to pay a service fee. Bottom line- don’t use this company. I can get over a mistake happening if he didn’t realize what he did and was willing to fix it. But refusing to even come out and look? Unacceptable.

Also- I considered the fact that the hole was already there when he repaired the gas line. Edco plumbing is also a heat and air company. So if the hole was already there, I would assume they would acknowledge it to the homeowner so that A) no one blames them for it and B) we know our AC will not work properly.

Ed and Matt installed a new heating and air system for me and my grandma we are very happy with how fast clean and professional they were! We also liked how they offered a maintenance program to keep our system working longer!!

I had a faucet that was leaking badly when it broke, it was 4:30pm on a Tuesday and I called 11 different companys and plumbers and all of them said it would be next week or the job is to small ect. When I called Edco they had a truck at my house with in the hour, Brent was the representative who came out, he was very friendly and engaging, we had an issue that was not easy to fix and he problem solved it and fixed it quickly. Very professional, and cleaned up after he was done super relaxed and very easy to talk to.
When he was done he gave us an invoice that was 1/2 of every other quote we got from other companys.
We have will call Edco from now on and would gladly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fairly at a great price.

We live in an old house with old appliances rickety appliances. When our heater stopped working Edco came to my house, found the problem and gave us an overall fair price to fix it. I'd recommend them if you need to find a quick and reliable service.

I had a backup into my shower, bathtub and toilet and I knew that I must have a blockage that needed to be cleared. My issue occurred after regular business hours so I was looking for someone who would come out that night. I called Edco and they said they could come over after the current call they were on. I did not wait long at all.
The gentlemen arrived, listened to me about the issues and got right to work. They had the blockage cleared and the issues resolved within 20 minutes! I was impressed by their professionalism and expediency.
The price was extremely reasonable for an after hours call and I was happy to pay it to have my problem resolved so quickly. I will be using Edco again in the future.

Talk about a fair, reliable plumber!
We were having drainage issues! Our waste water was spilling and collecting in our garage. It smelled terrible! We called Edco Plumbing, Heat & Air. Ed ran a cable into our pipes to help unclog what was causing the drainage issues. He mentioned there was a lot of grease causing issue. We were not surprised because the property management company that was taking care of our house before we bought it was a terrible company when it came to maintenance.
After Ed left, the next day we were still having issues. Today, I called Edco Plumbing, Heating and Air, and Kim answered the phone promptly. She got my name, number and address and had Ed come out to see us within 30 minutes of the phone call.
Ed decided that there was so much grease and blockage in our pipes that he needed to run the cable again, and flush the pipes with hot water from our water tank. Since he had already came out the first time, he did not charge for this second trip. We tested the drainage, and everything is running and draining now as it should be.
Eco Plumbing, Heating and Air has our business from here on out because we know they will get the job done right and never overcharge you. Thank you for everything, Ed!
