I’ve been using AccuTemp for all my heat and a/c maintenance since I moved into my house 2 years ago. Austin is very responsive, he’s there when he says he will be and quickly diagnoses and makes the repair. I referred him to a number of friends and will continue to do so.

We had what seemed like a hopeless cause of a system that never kept up when it got really cold outside and Austin came and did a full review of our equipment, our setup, and our needs. After about an hour and a half, he came to us with more information and ideas to make things better than the several companies combined we have had out to fix the same issues for the last 24 years we have owned the home!
He replaced a heat pump system for us that we knew was on its last leg in the other part of the home, and gave us a discount (or two!) on the overhaul on the newer, but faulty system that has never kept up because he was already out here doing the work on the other!
After years of feeling frustrated and too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter, we finally have someone to call that we know we can trust to maintain, repair, and replace any system we might need!
Austin is an excellent communicator and takes customer service very seriously - if not wouldn’t pass in his own home, it won’t pass in yours! 😉
I would recommend him to friends and family, as well as anyone else I meet needing someone to call to help with anything HVAC-related! I do this at my own risk, though - he is so super that in no time flat he will be so busy that he may be hard to get scheduled! He is THAT good!

Cameron with Accutemp heating and air came to my home and was able to get me amazing financing. He was able to do
same day installation with all new equipment from duck work to new thermostat.

Called for my unit not cooling.
Cameron came out and looked my unit over. Showed me where my cat had knocked a wire loose.
He did blow in insulation, and in the end didn’t charge me for the line my cat disconnected.
I can’t stress how much I appreciate the honesty of the company and them not taking advantage of me.

Great to work with, and very detailed through their inspection process. Made sure my system was running at its best possible efficiency before leaving.

Austin came out to help with our heating valve. My husband couldn’t purchase the part due to not being certified but tried to do as much trouble shooting as he could before we had to call. After we called, within a short time, Austin arrived and had our system up and running. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and we were super impressed.
